First-rate Family Business
As a first time buyer of a ceramic BBQ, I would not only highly, but ONLY recommend BBQS2U. These Kamado grills are expensive items, and a prospective customer needs all the honest support and guidance to make the right decision. This is where BBQS2U excel! They give clear, honest answers to any queries, with zero pressure to buy, or to buy more than you need in a starter pack.
The whole experience of dealing with BBQS2U is like talking to family or old friends. That's how they come across rather than as cold, calculating salesmen.
I felt totally at ease dealing with BBQS2U and I'm genuinely glad I chose them over the competition.
Delivery service is spot-on too. BBQS2U offer free next day delivery but in my case I was able to choose a specific date that suited me. Again, it's these small touches which contribute to overall positive customer experience.

Worked with me to deliver on the day I needed. BBQ is a beast and I'm very happy with the purchase, cheaper than other places. Not had chance to use all the accessories yet.
