Warm welcome by receptionist.
Had an allergy to recommend eye lotion , appologised and gave a replacement/ alternative lotion,even though he wasn't to know I would be allergic.

Brilliant Optometrist
Brilliant. Very knowledgeable and after explaining my eye problem in detail, contacted the eye hospital and received a response on the same day and conveyed the consultants findings to me later that same day. I have now got an appointment with the hospital within the same month. I would say that Hussain Moortasa went above and beyond his duties.

Amazing professional service. Bayfields in Wallingford go over & beyond to meet the needs of its customers.
I lost my glasses which was so stressful as we are travelling abroad, they were relatively new (6 months old) & they honoured the second pair for 50%of the price even though the offer had expired. Thank you so very much
