Everything is explained very clearly and never any rush to pick a pair of frames. Staff are always very knowledgable and helpful.

Still awaiting decision on dissatisfaction with prescription for two pairs of spectacles ordered on September 29 2025 which was based on an April 2024 eye test and has now been changed by my recent test

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt I had an excellent service from the optician who was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

Quality at reasonable prices
They were very helpful & provided a full test & advice regarding my eyesight needs. I chose the type of spectacles I felt I would need in the knowledge that varifocals with ability to darken at times of direct sunlight would appear to be an ideal choice.
