I had a problem with my hearing aid, rang Bayfield who got David, the Audiologist, to phone back within the hour! David managed to squeeze me in that morning and solved the problem. Excellent service from him and the team at Sandbach!

Friendly, helpful staff

All the staff involved were amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Competent, kept me informed and it was easy to book appointments. I felt that the people conducting the assessments knew what they were talking about.

The staff are so friendly and professional. I couldn't read small print easily with my new glasses. Lisa didn't make me feel awkward in having a query. She carried out measuring my lenses and made an appointment for me to have a re-test. excellent customer service.

I recently went to Bayfields in Sandbach for an Eye Test and from the moment I walked in the shop the staff were absolutely lovely. On arrival I was offered a hot drink while I waited for my appointment, normally I wouldn’t accept but on this occasion I am so glad I did, as when it came, it was a lovely cuppa tea in a lovely ceramic cup, made exactly to my liking (it’s the small thing that make you feel welcome)
The optician lady doing my test was absolutely lovely, she explained everything that she was doing in detail, and was happy to answer all my questions, nothing was too much trouble.
After my eye test I was asked if I would like to look at some glasses, the two ladies working in the shop were so helpful (and patient) as they helped me try on about 30 pairs of frames until I decided which I liked. I particularly thought the ladies were lovely in helping me decide which frames to choose, when I asked there opinion of how each frame looked they were honest and wanted to make sure that I chose a style that suited my face shape. Once I chose the frames, the lady then measured me up for the frame, the lady spent the time explaining the different lenses I could have, again nothing was too much trouble and the lady explained the different options and more importantly the cost of each option. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive lenses, the lady just wanted to make sure that I chose lenses that met my needs (Computer & Driving & Reading)
This is the first time I have been to Bayfields in Sandbach and I can honestly say the whole experience was lovely, the optician lady who did my test and the two ladies that work in the front shop were absolutely amazing. They were all very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they worked together like a dream team.
I would highly recommend this Opticans to anyone who is looking for a professional and personal service.
