Excellent customer service
I accidentally left my hearing aid charger behind during a holiday. It was unreliable, usually away from home, and I had to take it with me as it failed to charge overnight. In an attempt to recharge my hearing aids away from my hotel I took it with me but it still failed to charge. I visited their Oxted shop and explained the situation, including its unreliability, and was immediately provided with a replacement.

Annual Vision Checkup
The welcome was great and the very slight delay in my appointment was explained so I wasn’t left wondering. I felt very confident about the knowledge and professionalism of the Optometrist. She was helpful, friendly, reassuring and gave useful advice. I had my glasses fit checked, and again, the professional was friendly and helpful. No problems at all and I left confident that my sight is well managed. Thank you Bayfields, Oxted.

I went along to have earwax removed. However, because I had been zealous with the olive oil beforehand it was not necessary to proceed with the treatment. I was then given a hearing check and everything was free! Wonderful. Thank you
