The reception staff were great....a…
The reception staff were great....a little bit more knowledge of the coffee machine would have made me feel less of a nuisance.
Eye test great.
Ear test ok... off putting seeing the machine that extracts the ear wax on full view half full of wax! Even pointed out to practitioner who agreed it was pretty awful! No attempt to remove or cover up. After that I felt everywhere a little 'unclean'.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re really pleased to hear that you found our reception team welcoming and that your eye test went well.
We’re sorry, however, that other parts of your visit didn’t meet the standard we aim to provide. You shouldn’t have been able to see any clinical equipment containing earwax - this is not in line with our hygiene or presentation standards. We completely understand how this would have made you feel uncomfortable, and we want to reassure you that we will be following up with the audiologist and the practice team to ensure this does not happen again.
We also apologise that the coffee machine experience left you feeling like a nuisance — you certainly weren’t, and we’ll make sure the team are fully confident in helping with this in future.
