Bought a £215 battery for my race car, I’ve had it 6 months and it’s blown, I used the car 4 times and had it on trickle charge, I’ve gone back to BMS and found their service awful, asked every question just to get out of warranty, haven’t seen or asked for battery back, pointless spending all this money and it’s not warranted, DO NOT USE

I disliked the fact I needed to establish the best battery for my vehicle. Making contact by phone is now an impossible task. Never used to be that way, it was always a good customer service.

Super fast delivery. Well packaged. Battery arrived in tip top condition.

I had a question about the battery, but wasn't able to speak to anyone, and no-one has answered my email

No problem whatsoever with you guys but courier ignored fragile label as well as “This way Up” and delivered damaged box with battery in its side.

This was the second time I have purchased a Battery
The first was a car & just recently a Leisure Battery.
No issues on both occasions, if ordered during the week within a reasonable time you will receive it the next day.
Very good service & value.

Admittedly, I have only just received the car battery but it was packed well and looked as though it was carefully handled. Great Start, but the main reason for 5 stars, was because it was on-time when I really needed it! as I had to have it to drive to my scheduled MOT Test. It was a very tight window and I was therefore remarkably happy even though it was brought to my attention that it is very hard to get deliveries out on-time.... Maybe something can be done to help that, however, as I say my delivery was on time and the battery is working very well currently. After the MOT and a few months of use, I will know what it what and may update Trust Pilot with the outcome as it is very early days. I think honest reviews really help and I personally rely on them... Well Done delivery man!

I have used BMS several times including when they were Battery Megastore (and when you could ring them if you had a query). I almost didn't use them this time as there was no means to speak to a human being but I used the online / email facility and got a reply the following day (not the same day) and decided to stick with them again. The delivery was fine and I'm happy with the transaction - but still wish you could speak to a real person and am sure there will be others who go to a competitor like Tayna who still have a working phone line. Anyway the battery arrived promptly and the price, inc. delivery, was good.

Well I purchased a battery for my Jeep from them.And as i was having problems with it after 18 months so thought to give them a phone call ,they said they would test it and they did and replaced free of charge under warranty. But the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable .No quibble I left the old one with them to charge over night and they emailed me to say they would replace it and post it to me.But what a friendly bunch of blokes ,hard to get good old fashioned service like this in this day and age !Good luck to them going forward.Alan.

I bought a Yuasa battery 2 1/2 years ago from BMS. The processing and delivery of the order was fast and efficient (and at a very good price). I've some some issues with the battery now but tracking down whether it's the alternator or battery was difficult. Connor responded to all my questions by e-mail very quickly, the support was excellent and knowledgable. If I need a second unit after testing, I'll be coming back to BMS.

Very disappointing experience. From the very beginning, I was guaranteed that two batteries were arriving on their next delivery and that one of them was reserved for me after I placed my order and paid. Based on that assurance, I booked a garage slot. When I followed up, I received a blunt reply simply stating the battery hadn't arrived – and then, after waiting over a week for any further response, I got complete radio silence. No apology, no proactive solution, no follow-up. Promises made, but absolutely not kept. Never go to them again!

Easy to access BMS website.Contact with team members for advice if needed is simple ,for all your battery needs the only place to go.Great service ,great pricing ,delivery prompt and packaging is
exceptional, and not overly costly if personal visit is not possible.I inadvertently ordered same product twice ,but was contacted almost immediately to advise this and a cancellation of one order was made and a refund processed, first class.
