This is the first time I have used the company. They were a referral from a family member. They had the battery I needed and it arrived within a few days of ordering. It is working great!

Great experience
This was my first experience ordering a battery from this or any other online company. It was easy to order through the website, and my battery arrived when it was supposed and in brand new condition. What more could one ask for?

Perfect fit
This battery works perfectly for my HP Pavilion dv7. The battery life is a great improvement over what I had (be sure to follow the directions that come with the battery). And the best part- it arrived in 2 days. Very happy I made this purchase.

Excellent Service
I ordered a new battery for my camera this Summer. It was an excellent choice to select Batteryheads.com. I received what I ordered in a timely manner. The product was as advertised. I will continue business with this company.
In fact, I made a recommendation to use this company over the weekend when my sister was planning her vacation. I told her to choose batteryheads for updates from gadgets, phones, cameras, and anything else. Thanks for great products and service Batteryheads!!!

Dead batery or defective charger?
I bought a Fuji refurbished camera and the battery was expired and would not hold a charge. I turned to Batteryheads for a new battery and charger. I received both in a prompt manner; however, after charging the new battery with the new charger, no luck. It could be the camera... Not sure at this point... Would have given a five for quick shipping and customer service...

Good Service
It's my first time using Batteryheads.com. My battery came on time but not to my house it came to the p.o. box. I was looking for it to come UPS. I did get my product by United Post Office, and it works fine. Their product is worthy of making another order in the future.
Thank you;
