This is the first time I have used the company. They were a referral from a family member. They had the battery I needed and it arrived within a few days of ordering. It is working great!

Great product, great customer service
I was skeptical at first because the battery was so reasonably priced. I called the service department with a question and it took me a while to get over the shock that I was talking to a real person and she was very Knowledgeable and quickly answered my question. My battery came very quickly with free shipping. I am very happy with the product and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a battery.

Great service
Ordering was easy. 1 little problem. I ordered the right battery but was shipped something else. I contacted them and a replacement was on the way and a return shipping label was sent. Very fast, very easy. I was only delayed a week in getting the battery I ordered. I will order from them again and will recommend them to all. Thanks

Battery Review
I had to have a new laptop battery and hated the idea of ordering online. There are not many options and after researching this seemed to be a good source. It was easy to find the right battery and the price was good. It arrived very quickly with instructions on how.long to charge plus info on how.to get a longer life out of it. I got emails to notify me of the shipping progress. 5 stars!!

Correct Battery - Quickly
I was leery about ordering a replacement battery for an old camera; but, as advertised, the battery works fine. And, despite delivery's being free, it only took 2 or 3 days.

Prompt Service
I originally ordered the wrong battery for my camera (I did find the array of choices confusing). My email inquiring about what steps I should take to replace it was answered probably on the same day and provided clear instructions about return.
The correct battery charger was shipped promptly.
Good company.
