We have had the best experience with Rebecca & the bathroom fitters Phil & Dan from City plumbing.
From start to finish every aspect of the bathroom has been planned and fitted with care & most of all the process has been stress free. Rebecca your guidance while choosing bathroom furniture, tiles etc. helping us plan out the bathroom design, your knowledge has been so valuable to us.
Dan & Phil, you couldn’t meet a nicer pair of workers, hardworking , pleasant & omg they clean up each night ! Our bathroom is now a showroom bathroom, it’s just perfect !

TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT… complete waste of my time
TERRIBLE customer service - unable to provide a basic quote
Where do I begin… wasted a few hours in the Altrincham showroom designing 2 bathrooms - when all that needed to be done before a quote could be sent over were some ‘tidying up’ which he would do and then send over - to only be told at the end when he asked for our postcode that they will probably have to pass it to another branch to finish because we live in a different post code.
Passed to another branch - but that member of staff emailed me when I chased Altrincham (again they haven’t bothered to reply at this stage just forwarded my mail on to the other branch) to say they had just had emergency surgery and wouldn’t be back till January… emailed me directly from their personal email… absolutely madness that’s allowed by this company… what a terrible way to treat your staff. Let them recover (to note they were only passed my information they didn’t work with me at all).
Attempted to escalate with customer services and messaging the original Altrincham branch as all I wanted was the finished quote.
Was told by ALTRINCHAM it was ‘90% complete’ so just needed a few final touches and it was again PASSED to another more local branch. (Absolute laziness that they didn’t just finish off the job they started again at this point… but think that illustrates how bad this company is).
Rang by another branch to be told Altrincham hadn’t even put any sink or taps never mind any boards or flooring (all of which we went through physically in person in Altincham choosing between different samples). Discussing with this person now that even more of my time would be required to actually finish this quote I gave up. (Granted this person did actually seem nice and helpful - but as she had been given NOTHING to go off she would need a lot more information from me).
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME
It’s 2 small family bathrooms not decking out the ritz, there’s only a few pieces it REALLY shouldn’t have been that complicated.
Presumably run as different franchises so only interested if they are getting commission from it coming directly from their showroom (doesn’t really make sense as surely you do deliveries country wide).
A few hours of my life and unnecessary stress for absolutely nothing - wasn’t even provided ANY of the details. So now have to go elsewhere but hopefully will get a bathroom company that might actually be interested in selling me a bathroom (what a shocking idea!)
You should be embarrassed as a company that you have found this basic ask such an impossible task.
To note we went into Altrincham in October and it’s now nearly December and we have absolutely NOTHING to show for this… except this review and a few emails of you passing the buck. Well done

We talked our requirement through with Stephan who helped us navigate through the pro's and con's of the specifications for the materials required for our new bath and shower. His knowledge help and support also helping us to save on some costs was amazing everything was confirmed on the order we had days to think about and change a few things which was no problem for Stephan and the materials arrived when we asked for them to arrive - everything went completely to plan and we would highly recommend The Bathroom Showroom

Victorian bathroom build
Rebecca was super helpful throughout, even managing to get us extra tiles from Spain at really short notice when the design had to change midway through.
A real high quality bathroom suite supplied and designed. It was great to see the 3D design of our bathroom in the showroom so that we could visualise the design before work started.

Ellie was very pleasant and took a lot of care to understand our needs and preferences for our new bathroom and accomodated any changes. She liaised with us and then with our chosen installer before and throughout the build. The results were very good and showed originality of style in line with the particular “industrial’ context. We met her in August and work started and finished over September 2025

Bathroom renovation
We recently renovated the old bathroom in our house and after recommendation went to the Bathroom Showroom in Brighton.
Whilst we had an idea of what we wanted the final bathroom design to look like. Stephan designed it with our thoughts in mind, even coming up with suggestions for our new bathroom that we, as first timers doing something like this would not have thought of.
Stephan suggested products that he felt would be best placed to suit our small bathroom based on functionality, space and aesthetics, which we are delighted with.
Stephan put a great deal of time and effort into making sure we were happy and comfortable and it was a pleasure to work with him. We are thrilled with how our bathroom turned out. Highly recommend visiting if you are considering a bathroom renovation.

Old bungalow, new bathroom
We relocated from Kent to Bude in February. Our lovely little bungalow required a bathroom upgrade. We visited the Bathroom showroom in Bude, and were warmly meet by Gemma and made an appointment to design our new bathroom. The planning experience was great. Gemma listened carefully to our needs, her knowledge of all the brands, products and styles was fantastic. The resulting 3D plan of the new shower room, no bath as we wished to future proof the room, allowed us to visualise the end result. Gemma recommended a bathroom fitter. Tweaks were made to the size of a couple of products. We now have have a modern, marble walled, shower room with gun metal shower and sink fixings, it looks fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend Gemma and the Bathroom showroom.

I would highly recomend Easy Bathrooms
Having been at a standstill with our Bathroom for a year. We popped into Westwood Cross showroom and was so lucky to get an appointment with Kenny. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help and advise has spurred us on. We put down a deposit on a new suite the same day, Kenny said go away and check your measurements and come back if you need anymore help. Needless to say we did have a change of mind on a piece of furniture but again a few days later the wonderful Kenny helped us out again with lots of advice, patience and proffesionalism.
