This is against Judith O'Connor Showroom Manager Elgin. Again if I could give a minus. I visited her with my laptop to show everything I Needed. Oh she was like nothing was too much trouble. We even had a good laugh. Then the lies I can get anything you need in 2dys. I phoned 17th April asking if everything was in. "Yes, it's all ready" so I went to pay that afternoon. Monday 20/04/26 the complete bathroom was stripped. But everything hadn't arrived. After telling me everything was ready. All Lies!! As well as the wet wall not being in (Debbie from Howden just ordered before going on holiday). Judith O'Connor had ordered the shower enclosure She wanted Not the one I Needed. She ordered the flooring late. I went to see her about the Shower Enclosure. "oh that's right I'll get it updated." She didn't and the plumber knowing it was the wrong one still installed it. I was so angry I went down to see her. She saw me and "RAN saying she wasn't working today and had a flight to catch. ¡Apparently also lies! Tony who is in charge of the Trade was very understanding and told me the correct shower is now in and he would keep it until The joiner I had for another job could start. Be careful ordering from Judith O'Connor; The Bathroom Showroom Elgin. Her cards even state delivery in 48 hours.

Had a great experience with Carl in the Stockport store when we bought our bathroom. He created a brilliant design and was more than happy to make changes and was helpful giving us direction on what would work in our space.

Anthony Scarlett, the showroom Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable about the range of products on offer and took the time to understand what we were looking for and advise us on the best options available.
When our project start date was brought forward by several months, Anthony pulled out all the stops to get the order delivered to us as quickly as possible.
Our delivery driver was also really helpful, highlighting what was in each box and helping us to store everything safely.
Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. We would recommend this showroom to anyone planning a bathroom update.

Having worked with both Erin and Shannon at City Plumbing Burton Showroom, we have always been very satisfied with their service - they’re both friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Totally recommend them to anyone needing help renovating their bathroom.

Highly recommend!! Getting a whole new bathroom can be a stressful experience, but Ellie at the Aintree showroom explained every step and put my mind at ease.
Ellie designed the bathroom, based on the type of items I wanted, such as a walk in shower, large bath and spa-vibes! She has designed a haven and I am so happy with the result!
Ellie walked me through each item in the order, and was able to show me examples in the showroom - so I knew exactly what I was getting.
Ellie was always on hand for any questions I had about anything and she was a real comfort throughout the process! My husband and I were looking for a company to advise on having a main bathroom and 2 ensuites redesigned. We were recommended to make an appointment with Mia Lord at City Plumbing in Grimsby. We had never had the privilege of having new bathrooms before so didn't know what we wanted. I cannot stress enough that Mia has more than the 'wow factor'! She rearranged the main bathroom before our eyes, it was amazing. The girl has heaps of talent! The other 2 ensuites are just incredible so thank you very much Mia. Would recommend anyone to see Mia, she will give the best advice and great ideas. Also thank you to the delivery driver too. Everything was a fabulous experience from start to finish.

We used the Grimsby showroom to design and order our beautiful new bathroom. Mia was so patient with us, as we changed our design several times, she is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in guiding us to make the best use of our space to create a relaxing spa atmosphere. Delivery team were professional we had no issues with any of our order. Would highly recommend

We used City Plumbing in Stirling and Lynsey was friendly and very helpful. She suggested some nice ideas for us which was great. Great communication through the process from start to finish. Also the design was just what wanted. Would use them again for any future projects.

Sue at City Plumbing in Dorchester guided us through the process of rebuilding the main bathroom. Her design ideas and selection of furniture was excellent when working to a budget. Most importantly she was able to swap wall panels which were too big to get up the stairs. Thank you.

Mia took my thoughts and ideas for a Nordic style en suite and created the vision. Couple of little tweaks made it perfect. The quality of the furniture was evident and I'm so glad with my choices, with Mia's advice. I was kept updated on when goods would be delivered and the installation went brilliantly.

A massive thank you to Jenna Leigh Morris for her incredible service. From the start, she took the time to really understand what I wanted, and her approach was brilliantly collaborative. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she was so responsive as the project progressed.

I know I was in touch a lot (and changed my mind on designs and products more than once!), but Jenna was endlessly patient with me. She is clearly very knowledgeable and suggested great alternatives to help keep everything within my budget. She was never pushy and never tried to upsell me on the most expensive options just for the sake of it.

Alex did a great job sourcing the supplies for our bathroom, as well as doing a complimentary bathroom drawing and plan. He was responsive and easy to deal with, everything arrived very quickly and was delivered for free. I would definitely use Alex and The Bathroom Showroom again.
