The most horrific company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Stress levels through the roof.
I placed an order for a wc/sink combination vanity unit and realised I had bought the incorrect pan version for my mam. I contacted the company to cancel it as i had chosen the wrong toilet version. Got bot email back acknowledging receipt of my email and they would follow up within 1-2 days. They never did. In the meantime - placed another order for correct toilet pan version and paid for 24 hour courier. The vanity unit arrived on pallet and checking the items in delivery - the toilet looked second hand and has a long hairline crack all along the front rim of the bowl at top. The back of the toilet was dirty and looked like a return. Their was no packaging in the toilet pan box whatsoever. I contacted the company - I have been trying to call the ficticious tel no they have for customer service online but it is always " mail box full" for past 7 straight days and emailing a lady called Bonnie who in fairness is hard to deal with. Requested they give me a call to discuss on the telephone to sort it out but NO. I have now received an email stating the damaged toilet pan will be collected when other one arrives - no date given - no tracking and to top it all - they have emailed me the replacement toilet on my original order details which I cancelled and I am still awaiting a refund for 8 days later.
I could cry dealing with this company. It has been a horrific ordeal and I would advise anyone to stay away from them. Buy elsewhere even if you have to pay extra - It is also worth noting that the unit I have bought is an old fashioned style curved wc/ vanity combi that can only be found online with this company - hence I havent filed a chargeback and bought elsewhere. Unit is not cheap either at £449

Seriously, Please save your sanity and buy elsewhere. Horrific.

Unfortunately, the communication was non existent. There was no email to confirm the purchase and no update as to when the items were being delivered; we almost tried to get a refund because we suspected we’d been scammed.

Communication of somesort would be a bonus

One of their delivery men has just dumped a shower screen that I purchased for my elderly mum and got off. Leaving her stranded with the shower on the ground floor of her flat. She asked him to wait whilst she got a neighbour to help. He said he would but when she returned with the neighbour he had skulked off! I have tried to call them numerous times and have not been able to get through. Absolutely atrocious service to an elderly lady.

Ordered a vanity unit with sink and toilet over £400 and not heard a thing no invoice no delivery nothing.
Impossible to contact

I bought a toilet/basin combo unit with this company through their Ebay store. Cabinet started to swell and split after a few weeks, initially they agreed to send replacement panels but kept me waiting for 2 months before finally stating it wasn't covered as 90 days had passed. Dishonest customer service, buyers beware.

No communication when you have a problem, hole in overflow channel allows it to leak. Poor quality.

Would not recommend this shower (excuse the pun) to anyone. Placed an order this morning 000058213 but received no confirmation email. Have tried to phone all day but keeps going to answerphone and the "LIVE CHAT" has no one avaialable to chat to. Have sent 3 emails to 3 different email addresses but no response. All in all a waste of time and space and I will be seeking a refund as I have ordered elsewhere now. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Disgusting Company bunch of absolute crooks need to be struck off. Sell their product with a ten year warranty and after two years of chasing for two faulty drawers still nothing back from them apart from its on back order. Why trading standards dont shut these people down is beyond me. Do not buy from them false warranty and a bunch of liars.
UPDATE - Got a County Court Judgement against them and the owner and surprise surprise they have ignored it. They also own NES Home which actually operates out of Stourbridge so sending the Bailifs in there.
UPDATE completely ignored the CCJ so they are above the Law, time to serve the Moneyclaim CCJ and get my money collected and fees. Use this company at your peril read the reviews and ignore the lies

Ordered a basin drain push fitting, but unfortunately the plastic nut at the bottom was broken. I was soon sent a replacement by Rachel. Also postage was free on the order which is hard to find these days. Would recommend this company.

Ordered an item on the 13th April for next day delivery, Received nothing 5 day later so checked and the order was still processing.
Spoke to them via chat and the said it was on its way , meaning they were sending it out that day. "8th April and still not here and no refund for the £5.99 next day delivery.
Chat and phones are sometimes unavailable as well.

Excellent service. postage was very quick and well wrapped. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought a basin. The first one had surface peeling off (rare). Then the replacement leaked. When asking them for another replacement, they always pushed around. No one every answers the phone. The guy who responds email Jeffrey keeps saying the same "We will pass the information to our team". Don't know if he is a human or robot. We don't have a basin to use for several months!

Excellent service first class

I bought a shower tray from them on ebay but they delivered the wrong item. They have responded to my messages quickly and have seemingly arranged a courier to return the item - but their courier has now failed to collect the item 4 times. I'm stuck with a very large shower tray I can't use and I'm down £190.
