Princess collections came out twice now. Both times large candle holders are sold out in store and online. BUT you can go on EBAY right now and find all those item marked up 100%. Why cant they make enough for the regular customer to buy straight from the store.

I went to your bath and body works store in san antonio texas. The reason I went was to use my $10 discount coupon that I received in the mail. To my dismay it did not work, it was delivered to my home. Not only was I treated badly but why would you send me a coupon that I cannot use. The coupon was in my husbands name and said I cannot use it. I then proceeded to tell the cashier that if you received a coupon and it would work would you be unhappy she proceeded to say no, then said have a blessed day. I told them you can keep a customer just override what ever. but they said no. I am shocked and baffeled that of the aragense of your staff. Not cool and The became defense and not maid a solution to the problem. I have never received a coupon that I could not use. They need a class of customer first and arragense later. NOT a look for your organization. I have worked with the media for over 20 years and would love them to do a story on undercover. I have a copy of your coupon and red the back thoroughly. Customers come first, especially when it was only $10, was it worth it?

I placed an order in January and after I paid they said one item was out of stock and would send me the refund. I still haven't received it, and after 4 different times contacting them they all of a sudden couldn't find my order number. Will never order from them again.

The Store at Market Center in Alpharetta is Beautiful! Only been open for a little over 2 Years! It is in shopping Plaza so easier to carry heavy bags to your car. Often times you can pull curbside and girls will carry your purchases out! Always clean and Friendly Staff! Corporate could use a little more training! Overall you will love your next experience!

I really love Brightest bloom and now it is no longer in the store or on the website. There are a few more that I loved but can no longer get. I try not to get too attached to the scents I really love because they will discontinue them.

Don’t buy for holidays when it says Guaranteed to be to you!! I bought 16 items specifically because the website said if you buy before the 8th you’ll get everything before.by Valentine’s Day. They shipped two packages, and the one the got to me the day before was ONE ITEM out of 16!!! Now it’s Valentine’s Day, and i dont have my things. Tomorrow Sunday, so wont get it tomorrow! Mondays a Holiday, so wont get that day either!!! I’m so incredibly disappointed and won’t be buying from them again. Ruined my whole families Valentine’s Day.

Like so many other consumers, you can't order online without issues. I tried several times to put in the store that is close to my home, yet the website continues to say Dulles.
I went to the grand opening at the local store one time and felt like a human in a shark tank. There were too many sales people crawling over one another and you couldn't have time to just smell and view what you wanted.
I tried to order on line and the website definitely needs someone that is knowledgeable in getting it to work properly.
I can relate to the other complaints as I tried repeatedly to get the order here in my area to pick up but ended up shipping it. Some of my order that I wanted was being held at the Dulles store. I don't live in Texas.

Asked to exchange a plug in for the same item as it showed signs that the oil had burned and and created a residue. It's never plugged in all day and none of my other plug ins have had this issue. Was told no, I had to "wipe it clean" cause it happens. Admitted I no longer had the receipt, but am a rewards member so should be in my account somewhere. So I asked for the manager or above contact info , was told no. Chatted online and not really resolved. The item looked new just that I thought it must run hot to do that since none of the others I have do this. In fact I had been there a couple days prior and told them the issue and would I be able to exchange it, told if we have the same item then yes. But when I took it in few days later was told something completely different. Guess depends on who's working what service you get. Simple, less than $15 item but nope. SO i had them return the items I had just purchased. Unreal

That when I went to the store, they was very pleasure and nice with they greetings, they help find what I was looking for, the cashier was pleasure as well, thank you for the greetings

I would like to say a huge Thank you to Heena who works in Westfield, Stratford branch. Your warm welcome, professional and friendly attitude was well appreciated by my sister and I. Will definitely be returning

Got a gift card as a gift, when I tired to use it it read USED , meaning it was a brand new card with the pin still not scratched off and it had a zero balance. I called BBW and they told me it was an error on their end and a new gift card would be emailed--this was back in NOV 25' --its now FEB 2026 and after 7 more phone calls still nothing. Incompetence is nothing new to these people.

Store location in Harlem, as you enter the store, the greeter is loud welcoming you into the store, making everyone in the store turn around to look at who she yelling at. The cashiers lack training and professionalism. The woman manager was told about the cashiers behavior, she made an excuses of the man cashier normally being nice.

I had placed an online order for a large quantity of wallflowers, approximately 20 of them. However, I noticed some brown substance leaking out on to the floor, which initially dismissed. Surprisingly, tonight, I discovered a significant amount of brown, glue-like substance on my radiator. It's incredibly challenging to remove, and I suspect its the burnt oil. I contacted Bath & Body Works, informing them that the product has expired beyond its 90-day shelf life. I explained that the substance is toxic and poses a risk to my house hold. Despite my concerns, they refused to provide a refund and firmly stated I would not shop with Bath and Body Works again. My intention was solely to return the unused wallflowers, but the refused to accept my request.

I have a plug-in and this is the second time the oil leaked out of the bottom been buying there products a very long time not liking there products as much as I used to

I ordered the blue comforter, and never received it. Was told by them to contact the shipper myself which I did, and still have not received my order. Was also, told to give them 2 days, and yet, I did. Now, they want me to wait another 2 days. All, I want is my money back. I will never order anything else from this company again. Buyer beware should be on this when ordering from this company!!!

Purchased a car refresher the ones you put the liquid slides on after a while it drops fragrance out on my dash and ate right through my dash now it looks ugly!!

Horrible experience with online ordering. Purchased the fragrance plug ins through an online order January 17, 2026. Was told I’d receive my order by January 29. Here it is February 4th no order. Website app not working for tracking. Customer service apparently overseas and you can’t understand what they say. Told me no updates show on my order since January 22. Told me they would reship my order but I’d have to pay for shipping again. I couldn’t believe it. I requested a full refund. Won’t be doing this again and you guys be careful.

I would give a zero if it was allowed. I placed an online order. I used a gift card ($50) and paid an additional $50 on my Visa. I received a confirmation that the order was placed and confirmed. 2 days later I received an Email telling me there was an error and the order couldn't be placed - to please call customer service. I did. They told me I would be refunded within 2 days. I called back after no refund was received 10 days later. I was told the refund had been processed on their end so it was my bank's issue. I asked for proof the refund had been processed. I was told an Email would be sent. No email sent. No way to prove to the bank a refund had been processed. Gift card balance taken and no longer usable. Had to work with my Visa company to get them to void the charge but I'm still out $50 and received no additional help from Bath and Body Works. And never received any products. SKETCHY AF. Do no recommend this company. Will not shop with them again.

i went to the store in penn square mall, and the young lady named brittany, helped me and ahe was very rude. we go to bath and body works all time, but we wont go anymore to that store. she was being rude to the other employees and being bossy, like she was a boss. she was getting very unpleasant cause we were taking our time. no business needs someone that acts like that in a store, i would like to see her fired.!!!!!!!!!!!
