Bbw in Yukon Oklahoma sucks . People working there can’t figure out what they’re doing , went there to get my bundle and they couldn’t offer it because they did t have the bag … I didn’t even want the bag . Will. It go back again

Please ensure next your time that your floor staff do alert about customer waiting do get more information about your products. Been standing for 10 minutes without any assistance.

The last 3 visits to b&bw,were disappointing & frustrating. I shop the app for my local location,then hp there to purchase the items that were supposedly available,in store. Unfortunately,I end up wasting time & gas to find out they don't have it. The staff are no longer as friendly as they used to be.

An online order placed March 4 with an $8.00 shipping fee did not receive any attention until March 7th. Today March 10th I received a notice that my order will arrive March 12th. Why pay $8.00 in shipping for an eight day long delivery? I won’t order from Bath and Body Works again.

Oh no they di int! AGAIN. In December I here waited in one single line for them to tell me I have to wait because there's another line that's doing pick up orders. Exsqueeze me?! I come back another time to apologize to a manager for my attitude and explain what happened. This manager says that shouldn't be the case If I waited in line and I'm next they should just be able to assist me. Even though they try to do pick ups on one computer, they can do it on any register. Come in today and again I'm told the same thing that that they can't help me and that I need to move one register over. I waited at the register who wouldn't help me, so she couldn't help anyone else until I moved. What was the point of not helping me if you still can't help the next person until I get helped? I know not to do pick up orders at fashion Fair because they want me to wait in a single line and then tell me once I get to the front that I need to go to a different cash register since it's just one step over. If that's what they want to do, no problem, AS long as there is a sign indicating such so I'm not caught off guard waiting in the wrong line.

If you want your items in good condition ( new packages, not expired, not stored in a bad condition from head to toe ) DO NOT order ONLINE, be fooled by prices & offers cause what you get is old unscented poor products. U loose your money, your products & trust in Bath & Body works.
Spend your money on what you see in front of you check the package if old or new, open & smell or check opened samples!

Made an order on the European site. Order marked as sent. No tracking link. No info on who it was sent with. Zero info 👎👎

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Bath & Body Works. Every single time I walk into the store, it smells amazing and the employees are always so welcoming and helpful. The customer service is genuinely one of the best parts of the experience — they’re knowledgeable about the scents and always help me find something that matches my vibe.

The quality of their products is top tier. The body creams are super moisturizing without feeling greasy, and the fragrances actually last all day. I constantly get compliments when I wear their sprays and lotions. My current obsession is their seasonal collections — they never miss. The packaging is cute, the scent variety is unmatched, and there’s literally something for everyone.

Their sales are also AMAZING. I’ve been able to stock up on my favorite candles and body care products without breaking the bank. For the quality you get, especially during promotions, it’s honestly such a good value.

I have Been shopping here for years still not getting rewards points always an issue with my online orders my info has been wrong for over two years I asked them to change it been in the store several times at wyennwood village in lake worth still having the same problem I tell thrr we m I’m not getting my rewards my birthday is wrong and they say we will fix it but keeps over charging me it maybe my fault because I love the candies and I keep going they obviously don’t care to keep me as a customer

Every time I try to order something from Bath and Bodyworks online it comes damaged. I do NOT understand why such a large company cannot use paper to protect their products, a little tape to keep soap lids closed, and keep themselves from the expense of refunding and reissuing items!! This has been their way of shipping for YEARS!! Make that make sense!! All of the wallflowers are broken, the soap tops are either broken or open. I just don’t understand. Terrible service.

I ordered a body mist on January 9th, I paid, money taken out of my account, conformation email, invoice, great, fab, hopefully it’ll be here in a week or so, a week later no emails, no text, I check the tracking order and ‘Order Not Found’, that’s odd, I’ll email costumer service, got the automated email back saying ‘We’ll be with you soon’, never heard back, a wee later emailed again, nothing on that email. I tried calling customer service several times, never picked up, even being on hold for seven minutes, nothing. So I just gave up and left it be. Just over 6 weeks later I get a parcel, and it’s the body mist. I was in shock but also happy, but also very frustrated and will not be ordering off them again.

Long story short bath and Bodyworks lost my package. I only found out because I reached out to them. After multiple agents that clearly lied to me because they said my package shipped out but in reality they lost my package. After multiple agents, disconnected calls, supervisors, they have yet to reship out my package that I already paid for. Their response please be patient. I asked for my package to be expedited since they lost my package but the supervisor told me they don’t do that for customers. At this point all I can do is report them to the better business bureau. Even after they lied to me ( I have all conversations saved to back me up) lost my package, they have yet to make this right. Oh and I spent over 100.00 on this order. The items I was really looking forward to have since been out of stock after knowing my package was lost. If my package never went missing I would have all my items. Terrible customer service.

I love my store in Fort Smith AR!! However I would definitely love it more if they brought back CANYON fo men!!!! Please!! I need it!!! That’s all he wears.

There are two products from Bath & Body Works that I really enjoy: candles (& the special fall candle event) and the men's body washes. Last year, I "waited online" for my turn to place a candle order. I placed the order and still have evidence of it. However, while it did show up as "pending" at my bank, I never received a confirmation and, of course, the order was never shipped. I exchanged chat messages online multiple times and they were worthless -- repeatedly telling me they couldn't find an order I could prove was submitted. Unable to access any other way to contact customer service, I actually wrote a letter with all the documentation. No response! Given all the complaints here, it appears obvious they just don't care about customer service or solving customer's problems. Fortunately, even though the products are favorites of mine, there are alternatives and Bath & Body has lost this customer!

My daughter purchased the Princess Tiana collection from the Disney Princess Collection and was disappointed that Tiana's collection wasn't as extensive as the other Princess Collections. They're wasn't anything especially different that stood out like Mulan's hair clip for example. My daughter was very excited the collection was being re-released,but it was short-lived. Princess Tiana is a reflection of my daughter and she should be able to have as many options to choose from like the other Princesses.

Princess collections came out twice now. Both times large candle holders are sold out in store and online. BUT you can go on EBAY right now and find all those item marked up 100%. Why cant they make enough for the regular customer to buy straight from the store.

I went to your bath and body works store in san antonio texas. The reason I went was to use my $10 discount coupon that I received in the mail. To my dismay it did not work, it was delivered to my home. Not only was I treated badly but why would you send me a coupon that I cannot use. The coupon was in my husbands name and said I cannot use it. I then proceeded to tell the cashier that if you received a coupon and it would work would you be unhappy she proceeded to say no, then said have a blessed day. I told them you can keep a customer just override what ever. but they said no. I am shocked and baffeled that of the aragense of your staff. Not cool and The became defense and not maid a solution to the problem. I have never received a coupon that I could not use. They need a class of customer first and arragense later. NOT a look for your organization. I have worked with the media for over 20 years and would love them to do a story on undercover. I have a copy of your coupon and red the back thoroughly. Customers come first, especially when it was only $10, was it worth it?
