We've been at Basepoint Crawley for over 2 years now and despite the occasional cleaning issues its a great centre with excellent staff Georgia and Georgie always on hand to help.

Been working in Basepoint Business Centre in Evesham for the past 11 yrs. There have been many changes. Staffing here are great, Ade, Bob, Grace and Jonah who is always around to help, he is a great asset to the company.

I have been with Basepoint Business Centres - Luton for two years now, and my experience has been excellent. The environment is always neat, clean, and well-maintained, creating a very professional atmosphere to work in.
There is plenty of parking space available, which makes things very convenient for both staff and visitors.
I would especially like to mention Mr. Usman at reception. He is always supportive, friendly, and extremely helpful. His professionalism and positive attitude truly make a difference.
I highly recommend Basepoint Luton to anyone looking for a great business environment.

The Location of Centre Basepoint Havant is amazing. It is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and amazing. The Basepoint Manager Lorraine is kind and always makes sure that everything is clean and tidy. I would highly reccomend if you are considering an office or virtual office or even a coop space to immediately book in with Lorraine at Havant Basepoint.

Great experience at Basepoint Cressex, Kai has always gone out of her way with any questions or queries I have had. Location works well with lots around it and good motorway connections.

I have been with Basepoint in Shoreham for a little while now and have been very happy with things - from office cleanliness and facilities to the staff who run the reception (Alicia & Alexia) who are always extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

If you have any questions or assistance booking meeting rooms they're on hand to help OR you can easily plan things and book through the App. I also have access to offices all over the world, which is handy for when I plan to go abroad but might need to work.

The space we have in Folkestone is perfect for our business and allows a flexibility that we really appreciate. The on-site support is fabulous and has smoothed many a possible issue. Greatly appreciated by all in the team.

one of the worst experience we had, contract auto renewed with an increase of 25%, without any prior discussion or agreement, account manager couldn't solve or help. countless emails but no solution. while the original contract was based on three month notice, auto renewal doesn't even allow a notice, have to pay for the full term. this scam needs to be reported.

I originally moved to Basepoint in December 2012 to escape the clutches of Regus with whom I'd had endless problems already. The early days were largely happy and problem free but, unfortunately for me, Regus (by then part of the IWG Group) acquired Basepoint - this is where problems began.

Issues included poor telecoms services which often left us without contact to the outside world, but related mostly to the aging building which had little investment or upkeep. For example, I spent more than a year with the elevator out of service, only one of three gent's toilets on my floor operational, the HVAC system failing with the office temperature rarely acceptable and air quality consistently bad. All of these issues remain at the time of writing. I even provided formal evidence of CO2, PM2.5 and PM10 at more than 2x the maximum levels recommended by the World Health Organisation and the official response was "there are no *enforceable* limits specifically for indoor air in the UK...legislation would appear to be related to social housing landlords as opposed to commercial properties, IWG are a service provider rather than a landlord in this relative sense" so essentially "Yes, we know it's awful but it's not technically illegal so shut up".

During my time in this office I have spent far in excess of £500k on rent yet the service levels continually decreased. I saw a huge staff turnover with an endless stream of Centre Managers who each tried hard but finally lost the will to live and quit. Regardless, IWG would continually increase rental prices (standard was 12% increase this year!!) and introduce new policies (e.g. Parking Charges), all to the detriment of long term customers.

I finally had enough and left in December 2025, the room was left in virtually perfect condition complete with improvements (glass partitions) that I had paid for myself and (having checked) was asked specifically not to remove. Nevertheless, I then received a surprise and unauthorised "Restoration Fee" of over £3'660 + VAT for unspecified reasons (this was separate to a fee of £500 for repainting the room which is normal and to which I agreed). My original contract with Basepoint contains no provision for a fixed Restoration Fee and IWG had unilaterally applied this charge without consent or notification.

The matter is still open at the time of writing and I will seek to recoup the money via the County Court.

Having moved into Basepoint Romsey for over a year now, we cannot be any happier with the experience provided by Garth and Georgia!

Besides the excellent service and clean facilities provided, they work hard to foster a sense of community amongst the different tenants at the centre making it a truly wonderful place to work in. We thoroughly recommend the Basepoint Romsey facility for anyone contemplating a lease there.

The Romsey team, led by Garth, are friendly, reliable, efficient and supportive - everything you could ask for as a small business owner.

HIGH WYCOMBE CENTRE- STAY AWAY!
The centre is disgusting, dog faeces all over the car park, over flowing bins, the communal toilets have an awful stench consistently with marks and stains that look like faecal matter all over the walls and floors. I have been a tenant for 6 years and the centre has drastically gone down hill. Complaints are continuously made with zero action from IWG/Regus. Shame on you for charging the high rents you do and providing terrible service. STAY AWAY!

We have been at Basepoint Romsey for nearly 3 years. Garth, Georgia & Justin have been so helpful and accommodating with any requests. I honestly couldn't fault the 3 of them

The staff on site in Romsey are very helpful and friendly and make it a pleasant place to work.

I think the building itself it well maintained and incredibly good value.

The real reason we have been her going on 4 years is the exceptional level of service we have received. Rebecca is fantastic and steps in when we need office space or meetings or really anything.

The group of businesses in the building are great and it has been a unique networking opportunity as well.
