Barrington Freight Anmeldelser

I had a great experience with Barrington freight. This was my first time shipping something from overseas and I was nervous as I had zero experience in using freight services. Simon went above and beyond with organising and supporting me with the process and for this I was extremely grateful as he explained everything so I understood.

I won’t ever go anywhere else as I know I wouldn’t get that same level of customer service. I am very happy.

From start to finish simon made the experience so easy, if I was unsure on anything he would always help me understand certain things. Absolutely faultless and great price too

A First class service and kept up to date with all progress made.

Great supportive team. No issues. Love to work with them in the future.

We're a small company that only ship occasionally but Barringtons couldn't have been more helpful

We used them for 5 shipments now over the last 2 years and every time it has worked seamlessly

Highly recommended

lee and joshua are very important people to manage my operation .

Simon Poole from the very start of our engagement was incredibly helpful and managed to successfully ship our goods to the US despite there being lots of practical problems that our suppliers presented us with.
Simon made sure that all aspects of the delivery were in order and kept us informed at all times. We are very grateful to Barringtons and would not hesitate to us or recommend them in the future.

I have been conducting business with Barrington Freight for the last few years and they have always been great to work with. Very quick to reply and very friendly to deal with. A special shout out to Simon and Matt, who are just superb! 5 stars from me

Cannot thank Lee enough for all your help with organising the transportation of furniture and IT equipment from our office in Berlin to Munich. The driver was very reliable and the journey ran to planned schedule. Thank you to you and your team, I cannot recommend you enough. Lee was very fast with his informative responses.

Absolutely outstanding service, really trustworthy and efficient from start to finish. They also ensured all paperwork was constructed properly so that all packages went through customs abroad without any problems. Highly recommended!

I have a small business and recently designed a board game which has been my first ever product that it has made sense to produce overseas. The prospect of importing was quite frankly terrifying but I reached out to a few freight forwarding companies. Barrington Freight immediately stood out as I received a personal response and had a real conversation with Simon who was beyond helpful and really kind and patient. Other places hadn't wanted to give me even rough cost ideas as I didn't have all the info yet and fobbed me off, or just sent me an automated response. It has made such a difference to me to be able to ask all the questions a (sometimes probably naive) first timer has without being made to feel silly and I have felt so much more confident and comfortable with the whole process because of working with Simon and Barrington Freight. I wholeheartedly recommend working with them!!

Sorted our shipment to France in timely fashion.

We set up a European company and pre-loaded a fulfilment house in Europe to mitigate the risk of Brexit. When we came to replenish stock post Brexit, the company we had previously used to transport the goods had stopped doing that route. I engaged another freight company we had previously used for Europe but they let me down last minute. So, I picked up the phone to Barrington Frieght and got it sorted quickly. For someone who was nervous about a lengthy customs wait in the Netherlands, I was very please that the stock was collected at midday on Tuesday and arrived in the Dutch warehouse on Friday morning. We will be sending our pallets with them on a ongoing monthly basis from now on.

The guys at Barrington are super efficient in their field and they are more than happy to help with any export question and guidence that I've needed. They are super efficient with quotes and also communicating with our customers if needed. I've been very grateful for the advise over that last few months around the new EU regulations for export from the UK

Barringtons Transport are a VERY reliable, helpful, resourceful and extremely reactive Transport company to work with. They have helped our company with urgent deliveries just in time as and when we require.
We would not go anywhere else, and look forward to the continued working relationship.

Simon and Matt are both amazing at what they do. They are always available to give advise and get answers when needed. We have been using barrington for years now and have never had any problems

Great service and help navigating the changing and complex requirements of importing goods after Brexit

They are approachable and responds fast. Nothing beats a peace of mind knowing that your shipments are in good hands.

We have always used Barrington Freight as our courier whether this is for the UK or globally. They are very efficient and update us the whole way through the journey.

The guys at Barrignton Freight are always very helpful with our freight needs. They have good knowledge which helps us get our goods out quickly and safely to customers around the world.
