Barrington Freight Anmeldelser

Smooth service, great communication and good price.

Sending something to Southern Ireland is a nightmare, contacted several companies and Barrington, although not the cheapest, was very professional and saved a lot of stress ensuring all the paperwork etc was correct.
A smooth export was achieved , happy customer and my sanity intact.

Excellent communication and competitive rates. A much better level if service than many of the 'big boys' in the transport world.

I just received a cargo load from China to the UK and had an outstanding experience with this airfreight company. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and handled with real care. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to Simon Poole, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was coordinated perfectly.

He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly, and genuinely made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and personal attention in logistics, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Highly recommend this company if you want peace of mind with your shipments—I’ll definitely be using them again. Thanks again, Simon!

Having used Barringtons for the first time we would definitely use again. The communication between us was very efficient and the whole process was very easy.

Barrington Freight handled my shipment of sculpture from the UK to Belgium with clarity, professionalism and speed. The price was competitive and the goods arrived at their destination with 24hrs, which was impressive.

From start to finish, the service from Barrington Freight was nothing short of excellent in every aspect of our contact.

Shocking response for a simple quote request I sent online to ship a commercial shipment from the UK to Ireland. After giving all the details to Barringtons, I received a very impersonal and poorly constructed message advising that Company Policy does not allow Barrington to quote for a commercial shipment. If so, what type of shipments do you move ??

The good news was that the message also advised that a 'human' had made this decision. Clearly not a human who knows how to run a business.

First class service with barrington freight, I deal with lee and Joshua on a regular basis sending goods to the Netherlands.communication is very good with fast email response, very reliable and trustworthy I would highly recommend

Fantastic company. We've used many freight handlers and shippers over the years, and been frequently disappointed and frustrated. The small team at Barrington are intelligent, attentive, and accommodating of our sometimes difficult requirements. I expect we will be using them for many years to come.

Would recommended, easy and very helpful

All on time, great service.

From start to finish, the Barrington Freight team were extremely helpful and supportive with the return shipment of our item between UK and Germany. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending them!

I can't recommend Barrington Freight highly enough. Lee, Joshua and Simon are super helpful, and the service is second to none. Will definitely by using them for all our shipping needs going forward.

A first time experience importing Goods from South Africa into the United Kingdom- Repackaging Services UK began researching months in advance with an overall objective to find a Freight Forwarding Company who not only had good competitive rates but an Agent who had the Patience, Integrity and Understanding to walk Us through this process from the beginning to end. Initially the Task of Searching was daunting, intensive and extensive which involved many communications and comparative quotations. The Outcome: We chose Simon at BARRINGTON FREIGHT.
We believe the established rapport has stood us in good stead for the next import! Our thanks and appreciation comes with a Highly Recommendable Rating for Simon at Barrington Freight.co.uk including Team Members Lee Pottle and Carriann Everard -Accounts. Thank you

It provided excellent service, was very helpful, and answered all my questions. will use them again.

Easy of doing business, communication and transparency every time we have dealt with Lee, Joshua and Barringtons.
Our most recent job was importing 1 pallet at short notice and this proved to be no issue whatsoever.

The service from your staff is great, and a particular mention to Lee who organised a shipment for us - he communicated very well, and got our goods delivered a day early!

We have used Barrington Frieght now for several EU exhibitions in Copenhagen-Barcelona-Italy and highly recommended them. Attention to detail-accurate information about drivers-pricing-timing everything top notch.
Lee and the team really do look after us and take the pressure off. Here’s to many more hi profile worldwide brands booking our Unique Interactive gaming devices including “Cyclone Game”.

Couldn't really fault them, fast turn round of information, even as I kept changing the size of shipment items, patiently waited for me to get an EORI number, and shipment was picked and delivered to programme
Thank you Lee
