The staff were friendly and helpful with choosing a sofa suite. I bought a 3 and 2 grey sofa reclining suite. I was given a lovely black Friday discount. They promised delivery for one weeks time for 1st December.
I received confirmation of delivery a day before delivery to say they would arrive between 9.30 am - 13.00 and they arrived at noon on the day. The delivery men were friendly and very careful getting the boxes through.
I self assembled the sofas and today Tuesday the 5th of December I am chilled out with one of the comfy recliners. My family loves the sofas and they look fabulous. I highly recommend

Bought a quality divan base with two drawers at a very reasonable price. The quoted delivery time was 12 working days (due to the drawers) and it was delivered in only 6. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. A five star service for sure.

Bargaintown took payment for a mattress disposal service however it refused the service claiming it was only provided with a mattress purchase. This was not stated on the mobile accessed website. Naturally we were not happy with this service.

Ordered our bed on Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. Great quality. Very happy with our purchase.

Everything went very well, and was kept fully informed about the delivery all the time. The delivery team could not have been more obliging.

They delivered the table on saturday but no one came to set it up, I called them lots of times and no one answer and now I've got to wait another week for someone to come and set it up... I paid so much money and this is so unprofessional... Unbelievable...

First week I was told I needed my doors cut even though lino was under that door where he measured after he putting down the lino. Second week carpet was damaged and I was told they couldn't get the nails in the floor as it's concrete. When my old carpet had Beeding. So I have been left with exposed nails Beeding that's has come off gaps in the hall carpet Beeding glued to old lino. Pile of rubbish left in my sitting room. To top it off even the boss has made Excuses with not a hint of an apology. My neighbour is health and safety officer on the sites he had a look and said its not safe left in that condition with my grandkids coming and going. They are due again this week and that's the only hope they have before I take action. Saying that the lino they put down is exactly what I would of expected.
