I irish company that takes a week to delivery one recliner from Dublin 15 to Dublin 8 is ridiculous!!!
In one week I can get delivery from China!!!!

Bought 7 beds of them a few months ago, but the stairs was too narrow couldn't bring them up, had to change 5 of them to assemble ones, was over 4 hundred cheaper, didn't give money back and said only can give credit, went in again tried to put in order to get delivered and I can use the credit, but the woman said only available to next Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, I asked any chance to be delivered on the morning,because I have to work afternoon but she said they don't know morning or evening you have to be there all day and if you are not there the driver won't wait, if you can rent a van you can pick up today, or anytime. Have to say the customer service really unacceptable, disappointed

Bought a lovely small double bed for my son's room the Cambridge one. Bed is beautiful got classic touch mattress it's really comfortable he loves it and the price was unbeatable which brings you back.

Very Easy, Ordered online, got receipt and confirmation of delivery date, delivered on time, happy with service and product.

Ordered a carpet for hall & stairs, fully paid in advance for it. Good service knowledge & reasonably priced. Unfortunately on delivery, the fitter & apprentice did not fit carpet correctly. However, following an email sent and a chat with Gerry, who was very professional, listened and apologised, a different carpet fitter was sent to resolve the situation who was excellent. I would highly recommend Bargaintown and will return for more products in the future. Thank you!

Affordable and good quality product with a fast and efficient delivery.

The gentleman was so polite and very friendly ,I got a mattress dropped off and old one removed. All done in the matter of seconds. Excellent , nice to see the drivers happy and not so miserable

First of all no one is picking the phones and to get through is almost impossible. The quality of the ordered carpets is actually quite good and I would rate the experience much higher if not for the carpet fitters. They came on agreed day but instead of doing the job, they just did the initial cuts and disappeared saying they will come back later. Finally after multiple phone calls they showed up two days later only to do half of the job and disappear again saying they will come back over the weekend. Guess what? They did not. Different fitters finally show up on Monday and finally finish the job. I am not an expert, so maybe I am wrong but it doesn't seem to me you need three visits to do three rooms and the stairs.

Hi, i received a vinyl adhesive roll for my cupboard and it was the wrong design.
I went back onto the website and located the design l and sent a e-mail to return the purchased one for an exchange to the new one. Note as I explained to the company I hadn't opened it , I could see the design was wrong through the packaging. To my shock the lady stated they would not exchange but I could get 25% off my next purchase. Are you kidding, if you look on their website, free returns or money back guarantee. Beware, this company just won't exchange, they will try the 25 % off next purchase.
