We enlisted the help of Bank View Soliciters regarding an immigration case. Ms Sarwat Rafiq was amazing throughout a challenging time, she was professional, understanding, precise and committed to rectifying issues we have dealt with. She made the impossible possible helping with an extremely complex case that we couldn't solve without her.
Her commitment to this job, to help those in an unfortunate circumstance really does speak volumes on her excellent work and getting the results we needed.
I highly recommend Bank View Soliciters, specifically Ms Rafiq.
If there was ten stars to give we would. Thankyou Ms Rafiq.

I am the Operations Manager at Kairos Housing, a charity that supports destitute asylum seekers and refugees. I have had the absolute privilege of working alongside Mrs. Rafiq from Bank View Solicitors on what has undoubtedly been one of the most complex and demanding human trafficking cases I have ever known.

Mrs. Rafiq selflessly cared for our extremely vulnerable client throughout a grueling, multi-year battle with the Home Office. She is full of compassion and truly understands the severe trauma her clients face. Navigating the legal and healthcare systems can be incredibly daunting, but she was always available on the phone to provide guidance, practical support, and a listening ear whenever we needed her.

She endlessly fought for justice and success, tackling countless roadblocks and constantly advocating for the right support and legal recognition for our client. Her tireless efforts—often going far above and beyond standard duties—were the driving force behind finally getting him the outcome and safety he deserved.

If you are looking for a solicitor who will champion your case with absolute dedication and treat you with genuine humanity, I cannot recommend Mrs. Rafiq highly enough. She is simply amazing!

Outstanding service from Mrs Sarwat Rafiq at Bank View Solicitors. She supported me in preparing and submitting my 5-year Family Route visa application, and the entire experience was smooth and well-managed from start to finish.

Mrs Rafiq was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. She clearly explained each step of the process and kept everything organised, even when I was unavailable due to work commitments. Her communication and attention to detail were excellent.

Thanks to her hard work and dedication, my visa was successfully approved within 3 weeks. I am extremely thankful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable immigration legal advice.

She helped my son got his British passport and my daughter with her indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom and still promised to help my daughter in the process of getting her British passport too. I would highly anyone who is in a similar situation to go for Mrs Rafiq and see how amazing she is.

Bank View have done an excellent job in taking charge of all the leg work in selling my house from our initial meeting to the completion. I was informed every step of the way when things were required as well as very regular up-to-date information about the stages and what is required. Anser, Mal and Alicia have made the whole process un-stressful. A very professional yet personal service. Thank you.

I’m just writing this letter to show a bit of gratitude for all the hard work and support Mrs Rafiq has given me through this hard time, I know it must have been stressful for her but honestly I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me, I’ve been to many other solicitors in the past and none of them as helped me as much as she have and im honestly grateful for that. I feel so happy that I found her and was able to explain my situation to her as I’ve always found it hard opening up to others , you’ve not only helped me with my case but she’s also help me with my mental health and since I’ve met her I’ve been more happier and stress free than I ever was, the only thing I wish is that I met her a lot sooner but however the saying goes the best things come to those who Wait and honestly I couldn’t tell you how long I’ve waited for someone like her to come along. I just want to thank her and her team for everything you have all done and I hope you get a lot of jobs in the future cause honestly your the best solicitor I’ve ever met, may Allah be with you forever.🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️🌷🌷🌷⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant service from start to finish. I used Bank View Solicitors to buy my first property. Sofia acted on my behalf, she was professional throughout the process. I had many obstacles buying my first property and without Sofia’s liaising with the seller’s solicitor I wouldn’t have reached completion. Sofia was always available to speak, whether it’d be email or on the phone. I would definitely use Sofia again, when I look to sell my property.
