My ex spent money on my card and they wouldnt refund my 96 dollars because it was in My daughters name they told me to file a polive report on my 14 year-old daughters it was an accident and i provided a picture showing the order was denied but bank 5 charged me. The teller told me to do everything and i got played. I already switched what bank gets my checks and if the 96 isn't returned im closing out with your bank

My experience with Michelle Proia as my loan officer from Bank Five and her trusted team gave me the best support and advice a person could receive as a first time home buyer. Her knowledge and professionalism allowed me to have a minimal down payment and a great monthly mortgage payment. Her attention, down to the smallest detail, allowed me to buy my first home with no worries or regrets. We had to wait on hold for a really long time. The agent who helped us was quick and knowledgeable but the wait was excessive
