The person who took care of me was very knowledgeable and quick to understand what I was looking for.

Daniel Ducasse was the most incredibly helpful person I have ever dealt with in any of the financial institutions I’ve ever had business dealings with. I commend whoever had the foresight to hire this person.
Every dealing I have had with him has ended on a positive note due to his diligence in seeking a solution.

I met Mrs. Monica Botelho to get my son pre-qualified for a mortgage and she was the best. She started the application and told him exactly what he qualified for, how much he would have to pay a month depending on the different prices of houses, so he knew what he would expect. Gave him excellent advices how to prepare himself to become a homeowner. Kept in contact thru the entire process once he found the house he wanted. She is very professional and very knowledgeable on many fields that come with the territory of a homeowner.
I strongly recommend her for any loans.

Attention to details of the customer

I felt like my last conversation with someone in the branch was very matter-of-fact and they didn't relate to what was going on at the moment it really upset me. I do like the branch i’ve had a relationship with this bank for many years I would not change banks for any other. I really would like it if the person on the other end of the phone conversation were a little more empathetic thats all

I have made three separate attempts to contact regarding a business loan, yet no one has shown interest in returning my call to arrange an appointment. I do not wish to engage in business with a future partner who demonstrates such a lack of responsiveness.

Mary was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service! Was very pleased to work with her.

I am a customer for over 25 years. I called the contact center for help with my debit card on 7/30/26. Service Rep seemed to be guessing for a solution, very little knowledge about services or information pertaining to my issue. I tried to use my card but was being declined as restricted. The customer service rep stated it was a transaction that Visa was restricting and that they can’t do anything about it. I asked why and if this is a permanent issue, she didn’t know so I asked if she would get a definitive answer from a manager and get back to me but still haven’t received a call back from her or management. Today is 8/4/26.

I go to the Swansea branch. My service is always excellent. Jared the assistant manager is the best. His team is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Great customer service

I had an issue with Bill pay and received a follow up call from management to address my concerns. Although my issue was not resolved the manager was responsive with my feedback and provided more information on the bill pay process to help me better understand how to prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future.
