The SIM got activated after 1.5 hour of landing, that was a bit intimidating, since I thought it will be activated instantly.
Apart from it the process was smooth, but a little improvement can be done for the registration and telling about the process upfront when purchasing the SIM.
I would definitely recommend it for your next Bali Trip.

To give you some insight, every tourist eSIM entering Indonesia must be manually registered with the local government network database using your passport details. While this usually takes just a few minutes, system queues can sometimes cause a slight delay.
Your suggestion to tell customers about this upfront is excellent. We are updating our purchase confirmation page right now to explicitly mention this potential government processing time so travelers know exactly what to expect.
