Terrible service from beginning to end.
Awful experience and their customer service is shocking. No communication. Order promised in 3/4 days but 2 weeks to arrive.
I cancelled in the end but was still charged for postage.
They provide untrue information, become aggressive when you complain and I have never as a customer been spoken to as Laura in returns spoke to me.
Shockingly bad. I would never like to deal with this company ever again

I never write reviews but this website changed my opinion. From my numerous orders the service has always been impeccable. From delivery, to returns to emails regarding the latest kit. Thank you Back Alley for such a pleasant experience everytime I purchase.

Jumper was returned according exactly to your guidelines - online form filled in etc. It was worn for literally one hour or so at which point the hole in the armpit was spotted amd the jumper was returned the very next day, as new, not "five days later'. Everything I've said is 100% true. Took days to get any sort of response from you and even then, weeks after the return you said you'd have to return it to Jack Pyke for investigation at which point I was forced to go through Klarna for a refund.

Sent back a brand new Jack Pyke jumper because it arrived with a hole in the armpit. Their comms were awful, tried to refuse a refund and made me pay for return shipping for the defective jumper. Unimpressed.

Excellent service,asked a question,got a very fast response then I ordered the product and received it quickly.Excactly what I was looking for.

Item never arrived and no response from email.
Will never risk purchasing from here again.

Do not waste your time buying from here.
No delivery updates since 3rd Oct. No order has arrived.
No communication via social media.
Company what will happily take your money but not send the product or at least allow you to track it .

High risk order because I was sending a gift to another address?. Does that not happen all the time and no I do not have numerous emails you've sent at all.
Wouldn't the tracking update tell me it had been postponed for any reason ?.No it didn't and I contact your Facebook page and emailed etc and only since I've left a trust pilot review are you now contacting me
Sarcastic responses via messenger and on here (john or rachel). I explained why I was sending to an alternate address as my partner lives there and works offshore hence why I was sending a gift I'd purchased to his home. Not uncommon.

Michael I'm guessing the business owner or useless customer service rep likes to bombard you with bitchy messages when you dare tell of your experience.

Sorry for my last review, But the reason I’m amending it is ‘ It looks like the problem was down to the posting service and not Back alley army store letting, so iv got my confidence back in the service of this company, Thanks back alley for the prompt service you supplied ,I will definitely use again, Mr D Robinson

My order has not arrived for almost 40 days, I have reached out 3 times and had nothing back. Do not give this company your money, there is no guarantee you will ever get what you order.

Ordered an item which was dispatched fine, however, the item was not left at the building reception and neither was a collection note. This resulted in the item being returned to sender. (Not BAAS fault) I emailed asking if they'd mind resending and was happy to pay for another postage and I got a response saying they were happy to. This was June, it is now October and several emails later to both the sales department and customer service, still haven't heard anything else about the item until I asked for a refund whereupon I was told the order was waiting for collection and had I confirmed my address??!! Very unprofessional of a business to go three months not replying to a customer. We are also a business and needed the item for a project with the potential to order a lot more from this company however we will be looking elsewhere for what we need now.

Awaiting a refund now.
