Edited after reply- I have ordered twice from this company, stupidly I ordered the second item (same item as the first just a bigger size) before getting my refund as it was a gift and needed it quickly. They have not refunded me. It’s been 8 days since you ‘processed it’ and it’s not with my bank, as confirmed by Barclays today. Case opened against this company today 26/11/24

I purchased trousers from this store that were too small, I sent them back promptly receiving no refund. I chased this as I had proof or delivery and signature. James has assured me on two separate occasions with ‘proof’ that this has been refunded but I still haven’t received my money. The first time he said it’s been refunded he said it would take 72 hours, that was 8 days ago. Case raised with the bank today. Won’t be ordering again from this company.

Sadly this is not the review i intended to leave but given i have tried countless times to get an update on an order placed over 6weeks and still not received. No communication so either they have gone bust or have decided to ignore emails. In the beginning reply was super fast but now nothing for last 4 weeks. Save your money shop elsewhere is my advice

Delivery was a little slow, but it was of 0 consequence to me as I still got them before I required them. I don't think I've ever had as polite and appreciative customer service before. Trying to give me discount as apology for late shipping.
Boots are crazy lightweight, extremely warm, and I was bone dry after being in ankle deep river water. For what some places are trying to charge for waterproof boots, I don't think they'll be as good as these.

I ordered the items as part of a Christmas present so no idea if they are good but the quality etc seems great to me anyway. I hope my son loves the items.

My daughter needed new boots for remembrance day parade. I ordered 7 days in advance and followed up with an email stating they needed to arrive by remembrance day.

They took 5 business days before they could even be bothered to dispatch them. What sort of business takes 5 days to even dispatch an item ?

I am Still waiting for a refund having not had my order delivered apparently it's been lost in transit. I have sent numerous emails and was promised the refund would be in my bank today- it has not materialised. It's now the 6th Nov I paid for the goods on the 16th Oct starting to think I've been scammed. If the refund turns up tomorrow I will attempt to change my review - if not I'm reporting them as scammers to my bank in the hope they will refund me. Had an email today (7th) asking me to change my review as they have processed my refund. They are blaming my card issuer for the delay. I have replied saying I will happily change my review when the refund hits my bank account. Update*** having promised to have the refund in the bank by today (8.11.24) they still haven't done it. Also they had showed my partial bank details on here in a tit for tat response which I complained about and they subsequently deleted (I have screenshots) today I am reporting this company to my bank as scammers I have now given them an extra week before doing this and still not sorted .....DO NOT deal with this company for your own sanity !!!!! Edit* it's now the 11.11.24 the refund has still not gone into my bank account. EDIT refund has arrived 13.11.24 3 days off a month from date of order.

Ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my goods. Order confirmation came through immeadiately after placing order and said, item would be posted 2-4 working days.

Great customer service and very quick response time, especially when I inadvertently had the package sent to an old address.

The product itself is brilliant (Highlander Storm Kitbag 120L)

I ordered two chairs in July 2024 which got lost in the post. I requested a refund or replacement chairs which unfortunately took a long time and a lot of emails to process. Once the CEO got involved last week, the full amount was refunded immediately. He also offered to source and send two new chairs since this was grant funding for a charity. The new chairs have yet to materialise.
