Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My straighteners broke and were still within guarantee. I contacted Babyliss to see if they could be fixed and unfortunately they couldn’t, but I supplied photos and an explanation. They responded very quickly and the next day the replacement arrived at my home! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

Contacted Conair Customer Services…
Contacted Conair Customer Services regarding hair straighteners that were failing to heat up.
Within 2 hrs, I was informed the hair straighteners were being replaced and I would receive these within the nxt 7 days. My current 5 yr guarantee also extended for 6 mths .
Customer Services were excellent, understanding and caring ensuring their customers' needs are met.

Sent replacement hair-dryer
I had a hair dryer that was almost out of warranty. The plugs were bending so it made it too dangerous to use. After messaging the Conair team they asked for some pictures and info, then provided me with a replacement hair dryer! Excellent customer service and a reliable warranty. I would not hesitate to buy their products again knowing they treat customers with respect and honour the warranty provided.

My appliance from Babyliss stopped working within a year of purchase, however, the customer service was brilliant. The team were really helpful and streamlined the process of replacing the item which was still within the guarantee window. I usually dread having to go through customer service calls, but have been genuinely impressed with how quick and concisely the issue was dealt with.

Very happy customer!
I had a problem with an old set of Babyliss heated rollers and it took a while to find out that it could not be repaired. They gave me a significant discount off a new set, despite the fact I wanted to get a larger set than I’d had. It was delivered very quickly and I’m delighted with it as they have updated various parts and it’s hugely better than the old one!

What a great company
What a great company. My hair trimmer developed a fault with weeks left of a 5 year warranty. After sending them an email they quickly responded requesting details of the product and fault which I sent. Unlike many companies who make things hard Babyliss within 48 hours had agreed to replace the product with a limited warranty. What an excellent service and sets an example for others to follow. In all honesty the trimmer prior to this faulty had been brilliant. 10 out 10 Babyliss, for service and products.. Simply the best!! Thank you...

Fantastic service
I cannot fault the customer service I received to day .
My rotating hair drying brush was faulty & still under guarantee so an email was sent asking if there was anything that could be done .
A replacement was sorted & a £10 goodwill gesture added which was such a kind thing to do .

Straighteners developed a fault after 12 months and were still under guarantee. Emailed customer service , responded immediately with additional info requested and had a confirmation new straighteners were being dispatched - all within 48 hours. Straighteners received 2 days later - in the week before Christmas! Exceptional service and hair maintained !! Excellent. How customer service should be. Thank you.

I have contacted the customer service because my straightener stopped heating, which was weird as my previous I had gifted to my mom after almost 10 years using and it still works great.
Without any issue or delay they sent to me a new one which arrived plenty of time before Christmas.
I am beyond thrilled with this customer service experience.
