Well what can I say. I was in London for an event and decided I would use Babla's to service and repair my deceased fathers Rado watch, it has great sentimental value for me and can remember him buying it. The service was exemplary. Everything explained to me and an estimate of the cost given, together with an approximate timescale. I had a call on the Monday following explaining that there was a hairline crack, that could only be seen with a magnifying glass, and did I still want it repaired. Yes was the answer and I am pleased to say the watch works like new. (I had attempted to get it repaired before alas to no avail). So if you want a company who does what they say and provides excellent service use Babla's.

I ordered a strap for a Michael Kors watch around mid afternoon and by the next day it had arrived, despite the delivery being scheduled 2-5 working days. I am delighted with the speed of the service and the product, I can use my watch again.

ordered my Armani watch on Monday 13th August 2018 and it arrived at 7-30am on Tuesday morning 14th August 2018.

I ordered a replacement strap for a very old model of Tissot watch, it arrived quickly and is the perfect match.

I cannot express how satisfied I have been with the repair and general service for my Rado. It's been such a great experience having been initially sceptical as I had never heard of them, however, I would highly recommend Bablas and will be using their service moving forward. The team have provided promptly updates and clear guildlines/price options for repair. I could not fault anything with this company, they know how to 'champion' the customer.

I bought a watch strap and adjustment tool and even though I selected 2nd class post, I received both the very next day - unexpected and unusual but excellent!

Absolutely delighted with the first class service given. My darling wife's Armani watch hadn't worked for several years after being looked at by a Horologist who declared it as irreparable and its now ticking over beautifully once again and her Gucci watch now also has a new lease of life with its new battery.

I had to have a broken rado link replaced for a watch , that was for my sister. Premal kept us updated on a delay of the part and where assured they will get in soon. Once in where notified parts in and we had the watch and the new link all fixed the next day. Premal explained why there was a delay and kept us informed. Overall good customer service and very reasonable in price. I would use them again in the future. Vidya

I needed a Diesel watch urgently but it was Friday afternoon. Went to Babla's website but although they had a single example of the watch I wanted in stock it was not possible to book a guaranteed Saturday Delivery.
Making a phone call to Babla's I spoke to Premal and he explained that they could not guarantee the Royal Mail Service but if I wanted the watch he would send me an email link to pay for the watch and delivery.
Following the link I paid my money and called Premal back and gave him the order reference and he promised to send it by Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery.
Later I received an email so I could track my package and Saturday morning the postman knocked at the door and made the delivery.
I opened the very well wrapped box to find the watch box wrapped carefully in bubble wrap. The inner contents were pristine and exactly what I ordered!
Great company, great service, great price and excellent customer service.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. First of all, they serviced my Omega Ocean Master watch and included a replacement valve, replaced the bezel spring etc - it was pretty battered and now looks almost new. I was so amazed (I had found them via Omega as an authorized service centre) that I asked them to look at my beloved 25 year old Tissot watch that several jewellers and Tissot itself had declared beyond any sort of repair on two counts: bracelet broken and no spares and mechanism broklen and no seal spares. Well, Babla's fixed both these problems and, again, all for the price of a service.
Amazing experience both times.
