Having owned my old avtex tv now for 10 trouble free years there was no doubt at all about buying another .Needing to change now to a app based tv and wifi driven it was lucky that the brand new released AV21DS was now available bought it and was delivered in 2 days what a simply easy set up amazingly quick superb build quality as ever , they may be more expensive than some models but after service and quality make them worth every penny

Replacing old tv- easy to swap over and no real set up needed. Fits into old bracket. Great picture quality no problems.

We have purchased three Avtex TVs in the past for our touring caravans, and two of them developed speaker sound vibration. After raising this with Avtex, they arranged collection of the TV for repair and returned back to us very swiftly. On both occasions their service was very professional and quick.
We have now changed our caravan, and just purchased the latest AV32TS SmartPro TV and once setup the colours are absolutely brilliant (better than our home TV) and well pleased with it.
I would highly recommend Avtex as a company that delivers both quality and service, which are both hard to find these days.

Wanted to upgrade my Caravan TV and the Avtex freely 24” is just perfect. Great picture and sound. Freely works seamlessly so no more messing about with a firestick.

We’ve just been setting up our new Avtex AV27TS Smart Pro Television. It was a very reassuring experience to open everything up as it was all packed up so nicely and was obviously made with quality in mind. We tried not to rush, so as not to tax our brains. Thankfully we were soon online and able to set up most of the basics using the helpful downloadable app. It was so much better to use the phone to type in login and password data etc. This is probably the best setting up experience we’ve had in sixty five years! We are so pleased with everything - picture quality, sound and all the choices of viewing and listening opportunities now have. So glad we plumped for and Avtex TV aong last.

Delivered as per the retailer said on time. No damage to the packaging which was reassuring, thus no damaged tv. Set up fairly straight forward with help from the wife. Up graded from an Avtex L186DRS which we bought second hand and is still going strong.

Very easy to set up and what a fantastic picture also sound is excellent I have had different make TVs before and always went for cheaper one but what a difference in quality the avtex is amazing wish I got one sooner thank you for an amazing product

After a lot of research we purchased a 27in Avtex and are thrilled with it

We purchased a Avtex tv 13 years ago is still going strong never a problem. So with the new freely platform on the market is time for a upgrade, hopefully this new 24inch pro tv will be as reliable as our last one.

Our caravan TV developed a vertical line on the screen over Christmas. Phoned Avtex on Monday, they collected the TV on Tuesday and it was back with us on Thursday all repaired. Absolutely outstanding customer service.

Having recently purchased my first caravan, i visited the caravan and motorhome show at the NEC to take a look at purchasing a leisure TV. I looked at various brands and models on display and decided the Avtex TV’s stood out for their quality and functionality. I was informed that the latest Smart Pro model with the combined DVD and a 21.5’’ screen would be available nearer Christmas. I decided to wait until the model I wanted was available as it was worth waiting the short time for. I contacted Avtex in December as advised and was informed the model was just out and available. I was asked if I would like to purchase one direct from Avtex as none had been dispatched to wholesalers. I took this option and arranged a date which was convenient for myself for delivery. The TV was dispatched with a delivery window and received on time. The TV is exactly what I wished for and the quality is excellent. Now looking forward to making plenty of use of it while away in the new caravan. Thank you to all at Avtex for the excellent service and to Craig who sorted everything for me.
