The order was a long time coming but…
The order was a long time coming but that was not AVS fault that was due to a shortage of fence posts the important thing was that the company kept me informed throughout.

Don’t get what you order
Ordered 120 ‘Buff Brown’ stones, expected to get 120 of the same ‘Buff Brown’ stones - no get sent a mixture of colours, one of which is not an option on the website.
Email the contact us to explain different colours to be told it is sandstone and will be different and they will update the website.
It certainly wasn’t made clear and we’ve now got a mixture of colours which wasn’t the plan for what we wanted to use the stones for.
Would recommend to double check what you are buying as we put our faith in the website being accurate and it isn’t.

Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Whilst it is fair to say that sandstone is a natural product and therefore may vary in colour between stones, we accept that it was not clearly shown on our website and have now taken steps to rectify this.
We would always advise any customer who is not happy with their purchase to contact us, in order that we can attempt to resolve any issues satisfactorily.

Products were good and staff were helpful, just unfortunate that delivery was a day later than planned and one item was incorrect but swapped and redelivered without issue.

2 days for a gravel board, called me twice in between, can't ask for more.
Travis Perkins was more expensive and 26 week delivery time.

Brilliant delivery staff, wall shed and garden boxes that fitted together easily with great assembly instructions, what a shame that all companies aren’t as easy on their customers. Top marks!
