Asking for a review before the product has even arrived.
It has now been 3 weeks since purchased with a promised delivery within 5 working days

Good service in store - Peterborough - customer services slightly hard work! Good products, generally sensible pricing, availability good. Yard staff were excellent on my last visit!

On line ordering is simple,,, the staff are helpful and happy..our delivery driver, who was a happy guy, placed our large package exactly where it could be easily moved into the garage. He even apologised for not being able to get it into the garage. It's nice to see people who are happy in there work in these trying times....Thank you AVS Fencing

The delivery driver could not have been more helpful. He safely delivered all the items to the closest possible point for my landscaping project, in a very difficult environment. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Very helpful. Didn’t have precisely what I wanted in stock but very quickly contacted me to offer alternative, which I didn’t want so they sourced materials from another branch and delivered promptly.

My order for just 4 panels was due for today Had an e mail reminding me it was today and another 2 hours later to say it was on its way The panels were sturdy and id say they were well made A little more expensive than you might find elsewhere but they will last longer wont they? All in all a worthwhile experience

All goods in great condition and exactly what was ordered. Communication on delivery was excellent too.

I needed to replace a close-boarded + arris rail fence at the bottom of my garden. The AVS web site made it easy to pick what I needed and the delivery charge was very reasonable. A friendly guy delivered it a few days later and I'm now building the fence. All the items are of very good quality - better than I can get at Wickes and B&Q. Very happy.

They got me the fence panels I needed even though the Peterborough branch does not stock as normal, little issues on the delivery but sorted it straight away and I now have a fence to match the other! Great service overall and would defiantly use again

Poor communication or IT, as my order didn’t arrive as promised so had to rearrange my builder which led to a significant delay.

This is my third order from AVS in Peterborough they always provide a very efficient service and the guys that work there are always very helpful with any technical questions etc. recommend them to anyone whether it be trade or private

I ordered a raised bed sleeper kit with additional sleepers. Everything arrived as described and I had the exact amount of soil needed to fill the space.
I was called the day after placing the order to confirm the delivery date, and was called the day before delivery as well to give me an estimated time of delivery. All staff I spoke to were very helpful.

I was particularly impressed with the delivery driver. I live down a very narrow, overgrown track - it was only just wider than the delivery truck - and he navigated this, in reverse with considerable skill and patience.

Great product. There was a delay delivering due to a driver going sick. They could have called to let me and others awaiting goods know, however, they pulled out all the stops to get me my stones as soon as they could. Overall very pleased with the product. Thanks.
