Disappointed
I was pleased with Most if my order, but I'm disappointed in the quality of the fabric on many of the tops and the sizing is not consistent. Can't give too low a rating since most of my order was at a pretty good sale price but honestly if I had paid full price there would be some returns.

Please be advised, that we sell different brands on our website which can cause the sizing to differ! Different size delivered
2 items I ordered are not the right size from what I ordered online. The size I received were Small and Medium. I ordered size 16 & 18. Unfortunately, I can’t return them because they are labeled as final sale. I don’t mind not returning items as long as they are the right size. Other items are okay.

'THE AVENUE IS AWESOME'
I love finding new fashions on the Avenue online and in the catalogs. I used to shop at the brick & mortar store in my city but it closed years ago and I thought that I'd lost you forever. The fashions are awesome, reasonably priced and they look good when I wear them.

Refund policy is a joke
Refund policy is a joke. Customer service doesn’t even exist or care, brush you off like they are doing you a favor. I will never buy anything from this company ever again! I will make sure I tell everyone I know to stay away. Terrible company.

Cloudwalker Boots
Cloudwalker Boots fit well and will carry me through the winter months in comfort. Was a little disappointed with the Burgundy color. It was more purple than burgundy./

I made purchases for my granddaughter…
I made purchases for my granddaughter in college. We loved everything! Being plus sized, she has a trendy to wear black because she has been told it is slimming. I try to add color. Now, she is now embracing color and wearing things that were outside of her comfort zone a few months ago.
