Horrible Service in the store located at 2149 Airline Road, Corpus Christi, Tx, 78414. I went to the store on Monday Feb 02, 2026, to use the warranty for my defective battery and the "teen" so called Manager dismissed my claim because, as per her professional and expert opinion, the Battery tested good. I had explained to her that overnight I disconnected the battery from the car (to avoid Parasitic Draw), and in the next morning the battery doesn't have enough power to crank the starter motor, and I have to jump the car with my other car, and it started right away. She continued, as a broken record, claiming that the battery is good, because the tester says so, for your information of course it tested good after being charge by the alternator, you can't test self-drainage with that tool. Please contract qualified technicians that understand how cars functions and are able to troubleshoot with the information provided by the client.

Then I went to the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413, and explained my problem to the Knowledgeable manager at that store, and right away she swaps the battery without any drama.

Now my car is starting right away. Thanks to the Professional service provided by the manager at the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413

Auto Zone Nellis and Tropicana - Las Vegas, Nevada.......E*** B had a very negative and customer service attitude.

All his solutions began with "NO", CAN'T, and "SORRY".....all while "jerking" and smiling!

He better be glad he is not working commission....BECAUSE I WOULD ALSO SAY "NO", "CAN"T" and "SORRY"!

Store in West Chester . PA does not have competent employees. On 2 different occasions , no one offered to help me. I was simply directed to an aisle to fend for myself. When I asked for help with putting wiper blades on , I was told that they couldn't do it. I went to Broomall, PA store and they helped from selecting the right blades and installing them. They were terrific. I will never go back to the the West Chester store.

I would like to give a shout out to Andsia. She will get AutoZone 8 Mile and mound. I called in the store about 10 minutes ago she is so professional she helped me with no problems I said I need to give her a good review cuz she is so professional and she know her job. So thank you there need to be more workers like you.

Me and my wife was leaving to head back home to Texas and we was having electrical issues. We come in and had our system checked and come to find out that the battery terminal had broke and was not getting a good connection. Jeff took good care of us and gave us a hand changing it out and we headed on our way. Thank you for the help.

On Dec 29/25 I bought a can tap dispenser for use with R-134a self sealing valve. I opened the package and try A/C manifold hose and it won’t fit because hose fittings size 1/4inch and the sealing valve is 1/2inch. So I went to return it and the conceited manager said it cannot be returned because the package is already opened. How would I know if the valve works if I don’t open it? I was disappointed and left. So guys be aware that if you buy parts at auto zone make sure that fit before you open the package.

I placed an order almost a week ago. Then I received an email stating that the shipment is delayed. I looked how long and there was no date or anything when it would be shipped. I called customer service to cancel the order because of the delay and was told it cannot be canceled. The item has not even been shipped from any warehouse. They told me pretty much that I have to waste my time and wait for the part I don't need now and return it to a auto zone near me. DO NOT ORDER Anything from Auto zone online because according to them it cannot be canceled. I will stick to ordering my parts from Advance Auto.

I’ve been a loyal Auto Zone customer but this morning changed that. My batterry that was purchased in 2023 (with a 4-year warranty) died on 1/1/26. I needed to leave my Honda Pilot overnight but picked up a replacement at Autozone on 1/2/26 and replaced the battery. On 1/3/26 I returned the old battery to Autozone to receive my refund (core charge) and a bit more because the old battery was in the warranty period. I was told I had 2 choices: 1) receive no warranty payment or 2) take the warranty payment but only have a warranty on the new one based on the purchase price of the old battery, somewhere around 18 months.
What it appears anyone should do is return a dead battery that is still under warranty to Autozone to receive the warranty but then buy a new battery somewhere else to get their full warranty on the new battery.

Very poor ! To help others , i have deliberately purposed an improved ##alternative in my #user #photos.

I needed a new battery for my caddy...."Mac" the store manager helped me pick the right one and since my husband died earlier this year, I needed help putting it in. He came to my house and put it in!!! He wouldn't take a tip! Very nice and courteous, I am so very thankful.👍😊

I tried to add a review from their QR Code but I had phenomenal help from Shareta in the Daytona Beach Store .
The system was wrong for a Mitsubishi and she knew as well as myself it definitely had a part available and she found it 😀!

Muy buena atencion y buen surtido de piezas, pero una vez que le compras una pieza de autozone a tu auto; preparate porque tendras que cambiarla cada año. Ahora multiplica eso por todas las piezas que se descomponen en un auto, estan hechas solo para durar el tiempo de garantia. Lo he comprobado con muchas piezas como alternadores compresores etc.

I made an online order, and they advertised free next day shipping, when it came to checkout, I was asked to pay a $5 shipping charge. When the order arrived, they sent me a spray bottle instead of the spark plug grease I ordered. When I called back, they wanted me to use a gift card and make a 45 minute r/t drive to the store to pick it up, I declined, and they agreed to ship it out to me for the next day arrival. Two days later it never arrived, so I called back. The associate I spoke to had apparently issued the gift card instead of replacing the item like we talked about (there was no notification of a gift card in my email, so I couldn't have known about it or used it anyway). I needed the order quickly as I was going out of town, and they royally screwed this up, not to mention lied to me over the telephone (told me one thing and did another). Never going to use them again.

store 040 i placed an order online of 12 different items including fix a flat, oil, head light blubs ect. total $212.04. i placed the order around 3:30pm and they had the nerve to send the delivery person with just a receipt to tell me they refunded everything that they didn't have any of the items. how in the hell are they going to be out of oil and fix a flat makes no sense. then the refund was less than what i paid it was only for $192.15. they want to charge me delivery fee what was the point in sending a person with just the receipt.. noone will explain how they are out of oil and fix a flat give me a break and someone should have called me abut no having the product. i needed the fix a flat for my car to get it to the shop so they could change the tire.. this is my last time going to autozone..

This company has been getting worse and worse as time move on. I ordered a part online for over $500, because the store couldn't help me figure out how to get it and told me that's how I had to go after offering me a discount code that didn't work online after I ordered online it gave me a shipping date a week out that was a month and a half ago. I've called the store multiple times. They can't help me although the team seems to be very friendly and helpful. There's nothing they can do because it's an online order. They gave me the number to call the regional team. I've left them two or three messages over a weeks time with no return call. I'm over $500 out of money. I have no idea how to get it back. The man's team won't return my call and my daughter has been without her car for over a month and a half with finals work and everything else that comes with being a teenager. This is more than ridiculous. Every time I look at the app it updates. My delivery time is a week away, but there's no tracking information and says it's not shipped. This is beyond ridiculous and unfortunately seems to be the trend. O'Reilly's has been a much better experience in every other aspect and has the part I need but being out $500 I'm holding out to hopefully get a return or response for somebody. I live in Chandler Arizona this team in my opinion is pathetic. There's no excuse to not return a customer's complaint in over a week after at least two or three calls look into other options. I highly advise it. I've been loyal this company for a long time.

I was sold a 3 year old”new” battery, mind you it only has an 18 month warranty! It lasted 7 days and I had to miss time from my job being late because of a dead battery! Not only that but the guy kept my battery caging, the thing that keeps it from bouncing around! I’m struggling and could barely afford a new battery and definitely can’t afford to miss work!
