Terrible company! I purchased a product with a good warranty, but when it stopped working after just 2 weeks, I was told I’m out of luck. They couldn’t care less about their warranty. I’ll never shop at Autozone again!

I have been charged tax on an alternator $40 core charge, and when I return the core, they do not reimburse the taxes.
The manager at the Greenfield, MA, store told me that it is a state-regulated rule, and he has been following it for the past twenty years!

I've been by this Autozone in Milwaukee on Capitol Blvd. near N. 63rd a handful of times, and they genuinely try their best to help you out. The last time I went by last weekend was the best service of all. I needed a headlight replaced, but it was extremely cold (about 0 degrees or colder) in the middle of the afternoon. Well, I asked the young man checking me out if someone could replace a headlight in my car once I our purchased it. Initially he told me that it wasn't recommended when it was so cold. However, a young woman employee came over, and when he asked her she said she would do it. It took a few minutes and a short break to warm her hands, but this woman went above and beyond to help me out! This helped me immensely since I am an Uber driver and need everything working on my car...

The staff was excellent. My old battery was 11 years old and had been giving me problems in the particularly cold weather. (-20) I still asked them to run a test on it anyway which they did twice just to eliminate any concerns over how their tester was working in such cold conditions. The staff presented 3 options for replacement that were all in stock. They were knowledgeable about their product line, offered to install it for free, on the spot, on a very cold afternoon. They were well qualified to do the work. Joseph B., the store manager went above and beyond to make this customer happy. I was well pleased with my experience and would recommend to anyone.

The Milford, CT Autozone is wonderful. Joshua went above and beyond in helping me change my windshield wipers in torrential rain and a giant snow storm was coming in the next day. Thank you, Joshua and Peter, for all you do.

I work for a company and and my battery and alternator went on me I stop at the autozone on scalp ave johnstown and Glenn at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable and even had tools to exchange old to new

very bad costumer service! people who work at the front have anger issues and are very disrespectful to costumers. I brought the old battery to get my $20 back and i find out that they have put in a wrong Phone number. finally they found that they used the wrong number they deny my money bac because, they got upset when i told them that they did a mistake.

Quality auto parts and great service. Usually I’ve always had great customer service at all locations I’ve been to, though on this specific occasion (Jan’25) I want to give a special shout out for Curtis, an employee of the McKinney/N. Custer Store #4261, he is the G-O-A-T going over above and beyond… hope he gets employee of the month, year, MVP and all that.

Mr. Isaiah J really went above and beyond helping me with one of my headlights in the freezing snow. I asked for help, he got the bulb to fix it turns out it was the wiring, not the bulb! and even told me to be careful driving home. The other guy that waited on me at first, I don't know if he was a manager or not he just said they couldn't look at other people's cars. We need more people like Mr. Isaiah J. I'm 77, by the way. Thanks again Isaiah, for looking out for us SENIORS!!!

What a lousy company. You buy a product with a lifetime warranty only to be told 8 months later when the product stops working that you're SOL and they don't give a flip about the warranty. Never again will I set foot in an Autozone again,...bait and switch, no thank you.

Went to Auto zone which is new to Delhi,NY and was pleasantly surprised by their fantastic service The manager Joseph B actually installed my new Wipers and checked and filled my window cleaner They also were helpful in showing me all the choices and which they recommended will definitely use them anytime I need their products

Purchased 2 sensors for my car. Both were bad. The oxygen sensor cost me $700.00 dollars in parts that didn't need to be replaced. The MAF sensor caused repeated codes for catalyst inefficiency.

Store is ok but the website is HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. If you’re not looking for a specific part for your car, you’ll never find anything. Worst I’ve ever seen.

Went to Autozone on Greenridge St. in Scranton for windshield wiper blades. Was waited on by Juan N. who was polite and very helpful. He put the blades on for me and showed me how they come off and on. Also helped me buy a good window shield wash for the winter.

I walked in and was immediately helped. Emily and Willie were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to resolve my issue. Excellent customer service. The vibe was good here and I enjoyed working with both of them. Thank you for your help.

I went to AutoZone to purchase a can of red paint enamel well they're enable pain is 14.99 I can.. it's a little on the high side seeing as Walmart has it for 6.79 meijer's has it for $7.79, home Depot 7.79. you can say bright red cap says bright red it's orange is orange can be and ruined everything I had sanded said to buy more sandpaper wasted 20 bucks and 6 hours of my life and now I got to get red paint. So I call that price gouging and poor quality not to mention that you need two cans to paint your mirror cuz it's so thin. I'm getting so sick of getting ripped off in places like this. It's like they try to get rich off of each individual person. There should be a law I should be able to get my money back or or something but I can't do nothing because AutoZone doesn't care enough to make it right. When really if they cared they would take it back and they would call the people who made it and get their money back from them that's how it works. But you got a care enough to go through an effort to make your customers happy and that doesn't seem to be cost efficient
So after all said and done I'll have about $40 in on a can of red enable paint ....wish i could show a pic of this bright orange in a bright red can .

I place in online order. It was scheduled to be delivered on a certain day. It never came. I didn't get any notice until almost week later. I will not order anything from your website again. They kept saying delay for about a week. Today they email and say item out of stock. I think they knew for a week.
