Had to make a claim for starter motor which was paid by warranty

The team made it very easy for me recommend them for all purposes easy and efficient

I Had bought a bmw 320d and the turbo had failed on it and it would have cost me hundreds but auto select warranties saved the day and lucky I saved a lot of money they were quick and efficient and very friendly had no issues and my car was fixed very happy highly recommend.

it is a massive scam. whoever gives 5 star works or are related to the business. Avoid.

My experience with AutoSelect Warranties was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They don’t pay for anything they promise in their contracts. When my car started having engine problems, they flat-out refused to cover any costs, not even the diagnostics. Their customer service is atrocious, filled with rude and patronizing staff who seem to take pleasure in being unhelpful.

Ian, in particular, was beyond unprofessional. He was belittling, aggressive, and made me feel completely humiliated for even asking for the service I paid for. His behavior was discriminatory and utterly disgraceful. I was shocked by the blatant disrespect and lack of basic courtesy.

The entire ordeal was frustrating and demeaning. They are a complete scam, preying on customers with false promises and no intention of delivering on their end. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from AutoSelect Warranties. Save your money and avoid the stress and disappointment. This company is a total fraud and should be shut down.

Very impressive, heard horror stories about warranty companies but this one actually is understanding and helpful. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - they very rarely pay out for any claim and will state everything is "wear and tear" and therefore not covered, or find some other excuse. I have had two warranties from this company - the first time, I was naive enough to pay £500 for a 3 x year warranty on a car I was told at purchase could be transferable to a future car I bought within that time. The policy suggested that but is so ambiguously and badly written that they then claimed it was not transferable - except in the case of death! I tried to make around 4 x claims on items which are explicitly stated as being covered on the Gold warranty - but each time they claimed it was "wear and tear" and therefore not covered - even for a starter motor, or made some other excuse. After 3 x years of dealing with them I have no confidence in them whatsoever, they are ABYSMAL!!!

Recently bought a car from Auto select in bedford , the car came with gold warranty through auto select warranties. After owning the car 3 week the car couldnt reach operating temperature and i got it looked at an Audi garage . They told me the thermostat was sticking open and while the wer working on the car they notcied a failing engine mount , i contacted the warranty company and told them that ive had it looked at . When i came to claiming for the parts and labour they have rejected the claim even tho the claim limit was £1500 . They expected me to have my car off the road untill they accepted the claim but i need my car for work . Im disgusted that I’ve spent over £10000 on a car with warranty and its had faults within 3 weeks and they wont even pay back the parts n labour for the repairs . I wouldnt be buying a car from ther and i wouldn’t recommend thier warranty company as they just reject claims because you get your car fixed without waiting for the claim to be approved.

Dealing with Auto Select Warranties has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I purchased their warranty plan with the expectation of peace of mind, but instead, I was met with endless frustration and disappointment. This company seems to go out of its way to avoid fulfilling their obligations and making excuses to reject legitimate claims. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for warranty coverage. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that value their customers and stand behind their promises.

Brought my car from auto select Bradford it come with auto warranty within four months the prop chart the tracks our box set out a warranty company picked a vehicle up that's fixing it the garage I sent it to what said closed permanently qrs limited what's not limited company broke my engine and all auto select warranties did was telling me our data tow truck to pick my vehicle up as it's a crack in the engine block so when I run auto select Bradford to tell them this they then contacted auto select warranties next thing you know I'll get an email put in a new energy in it took five months with no curse he can't or no whereabouts or where my truck was getting fixed every time I spoke them they kept given me different answers and when I got it back there was a was a problem with the transfer box still and they told me even though my warranty is running out I still get warranty on the parts and labour as they come with a guarantee I've got the vehicle back in January and I'm still waiting for the paperwork for the engine and they're telling me to contact the garage that has closed down and they have not supplied me if any phone number or contact any information at all and told me there's nothing they can do as the engine was fitted by q r s limited and amount of fit by src and there's about 10 miles difference in these places basically what I've done is try to fix a broken vehicle and break it even more and give it back to me broken vehicle and when you ring me garages they just say you need to talk to auto select warranties and when you do call them you get through to the receptionist and he says everyone's in the meeting and when you email them no one signs but their name so you don't know who you're talking to and have got through to people they have not been any help because I just reading from a script so if you ever get through to people let you know Maria no help Ian incredibly rude Dave reads off a script like a robot why can't say if you're buying a car and that will for you to a select warranties just say no old rather have the plague

I am a customer and for the amount of faults with a vehicle I bought and this was the company that I was to contact
Go get a quote at a local garage
Go get a diagnosis test done and pay up front
Then take my car back home for you to decide if you will repair it lol what a company
If you have plenty of cash and don’t mind putting it in the bin then just give this company it they will take it for nothing

James was easy to deal with, dealt with the claim and they paid out directly to me within a few days. Would have gave them 5 if they pay on the day.
