I am so glad I chose to do business with this firm. Tyrone and Dylan were professional and easy to talk to. They had my old Motor mover removed and the new one fitted in no time at all. Would highly recommend..

We had a Truma Air Con unit fitted and the installation went perfectly, no mess whatsoever. Prior to the installation we had an engine fault and despite the continuing issues with the repair garage as to when we could get the vehicle back, Tyrone managed to pull in the work in time for our next trip away. Superb guy and I highly recommend Autoadditions.

Sorry left a bad review before i found out the facts. Got money back straight away because couldn't get my parts i wanted due to Covid-19.

Fabulous service from Tyrone fitting a solar panel to the roof of my van. Installation timings were communicated well and in advance, and Tyrone did a lovely neat job with the installation. Highly recommended and I’d definitely use Auto Additions Nationwide again.

We were really pleased with this service. Tyrone came as arranged and was efficient at fitting our Air Conditioning unit. He then gave us a clear demonstration on how to use it. This was really easy for us as they came to our home and it was no fuss for us. Would recommend this compANY.

Ordered and paid for a motor mover Advertising a 2 week lead time for fitting but can’t actually fulfil that. Don’t tell you this until after they’ve taken your money and then send an email. Highly unprofessional and cause unnecessary inconvenience. Pleased to have arranged a refund and get a lucky escape from further dealings with this company. Now dealing with a local reputable firm who have an excellent customer service team and don’t dupe you into parting with cash on false pretences.
Businesses need to learn from their mistakes and strive to be better especially if they want to gain new business ( you can’t rely on returning custom forever) I did not leave my purchase to the last minute I was offered a date that was 4 weeks post the lead time you advertise on your website which is what convinced me to purchase from you. This is misleading and the fact you are trying to blame this on me being disorganised just proves your lack of professionalism. Yes I received a refund but that is not instant and has caused me an inconvenience waiting for funds to be returned. I’m sure the company I deal with will be great and will receive an outstanding review just like lots of other companies I have reviewed on this site. I am not rude I am honest and it’s important that future customers can see how disputes are handled too so in the unfortunate event of things going wrong they can see how things will be dealt with so Thankyou for publishing your response too I think it speaks volumes.

We had a few ups & downs in our dealing with Auto Additions. We ordered a motor mover from their website which was fine. The day it was due to be fitted, the fitter had an accident and had to postpone. He did offer us a free upgrade for the inconvenience. He arrive on time for our second appointment apologising that he hadn't been able to get us the upgrade but he had the unit we originally ordered. He offered to come back another time with the upgrade but we opted to have our original order fitted. He explained and demonstrated the new mover very well. Over all, very pleased.

We were looking to have accessories added to our motorhome, after a lot of research and personal recommendations we went with Auto Additions. We contacted Tyrone. We have to say from start to finish it was a professional experience. We are over the moon with our A/C,Satellite and WiFi. We would highly recommend Tyrone and Auto Additions!!
