Just had a Truma Aventa Comfort unit installed on our Bailey Cabrera caravan by Auto Additions Nationwide installations. Can't speak highly enough of Tyrone, super guy, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

5 stars are not enough for this company. Tyrone and his assistant came to our storage facility and carried out a warranty repair to our aircon unit which he originally fitted 3 years ago.
They carried out the repair with true professionalism and I can’t speak highly enough of them.
The unit is now working perfectly well again.

Great service and communication
I had great service and communication from Tyrone. He fitted air con, max view and Gaslow systems to my motorhome. Tyrone gave great advice prior to ordering and did an excellent and professional job when it came to fitting the items, leaving my motorhome clean and tidy when he had finished. He also took the time to fully explain how the various systems worked and answered all my questions
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Satellite problem
Had a problem with satellite that Tyrone fitted to our caravan Found to be be faulty box. Ordered replacement and also wired leads to bedroom. Can't fault the workmanship. Tyrone fitted satellite to our old caravan a few years ago. Would definitely recommend. Tony and Sandra. Cheers Tyrone

When fitters turned up 2 & a half hours…
When fitters turned up 2 & a half hours late they got stuck in and got the Motormovers on in record time cleared away all the packaging ect leaving every thing neat & tidy,well done guys.

Maxview Target Satellite System Fitted by Tyrone
I had Maxview Target satellite system installed in my Bailey caravan by Tyrone last Saturday. What a professional and friendly man Tyrone is. The installation took about 3 hours from start to finish and then Tyrone explained exactly how the system worked. The man is a professional through and through and everything was left exactly how he had found it, no mess inside or outside my caravan, he even had a covering for the caravan roof where he needed to work and he had brought his own hover with him to clear up any mess that he had made. Thank you Tyrone, it was a pleasure to meet you and I will certainly contact you again if there is anything else that I think you can help me with.

just had fitted the ma-ve lifting gear fitted by John Great guy and order though tyrone where I was in contact since April when I ordered them due to delays from Italy tyrone returned every call straight away with the latest details , also tyrone fitted my Airton two year ago with the same service myself I would try autoaddition first be before any other company the come to you and I live 3.5 hours away.thanks

Loads of excuses for other more important work!
What a waste of my time
Basic fact is that this company takes your money and doesn’t turn up!

Very sorry you weren't happy but lets get to the facts!
Unfortunately we were held up on a job previous to you which wasn't our fault.
We tried to attend your premises but unfortunately this would have been 1930 which you were quite insistent but would of meant us being back to the office at midnight.
You insisted on us getting a hotel so we could start and finish your installation but once again this wasn't acceptable.
We tried to make plans to come to you the following day and changed work to accommodate yours as we knew you were going away.
Before we could contact you, you texted demanding your money and threats to slate our company.
Once we explained we had made plans to accommodate you your manner changed towards us but due to your demands and comments we believe it was best to refund you immediately as your comments had taken us down a different path to the point we wouldn't want you as our customer.
On one of your messages was asking what was i supposed to do ?
We would say to try and exercise some patience.
We wish you all the best for the future.

A very professional and caring service
A very professional and caring service. Our air conditioning unit was installed as scheduled and very efficiently (despite the unusually hot weather). Cable runs were discussed and placed out of sight to appease my OCD nature! Overall a great experience and would most certainly recommend. Thank you.
