Auger came out to fix a leak under our drive that had been identified by our water board. Jordan was very professional, helpful and efficient and clearly explained our options. He repaired our leak very quickly. Everything was dealt with very proficiently and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Auger to anyone.

Auger staff were very helpful and talked us through what would happen on the day of our appointment. Work to find and fix our leak was carried out professionally and respectfully on our property.

Auger validated my insurance claim. I had 3 quotes for the work originally (all with a similar price). Auger however told my insurance company they would have charged 2/3 less!!!! I do not believe they could have done the work for the price they told the insurance company.

We had a problem that part of our drain had sunk and the pipes were cracked. Auger's surveyor visited and provided a full professional report then subsequently the company did the work to resolve the problem at a very reasonable price. Very pleased.

I recently had my drains replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, kept disruption to a minimum, and worked tirelessly to get the job completed to a very high standard.

Having become a recent widow very suddenly, I wasn't just left in a world without my other half, I was left with dealing with unknowns. Maintaining our home we had built together, dealing with tradesmen (which I had never done before) worrying about claims and costs involved, worrying about having strangers in my home. The idea was very daunting. Auger made all my worries pass! They made the whole process very easy, gave full explanations, when problems hit they worked around problems to find solutions, treated my home as if it was their home, they was reliable, friendly, reassuring and tidy. The Auger team worked around the clock in the rain to make sure I had water pressure to be able to take a shower. Simply the best! Three engineers arrived at my property exactly at the time scheduled. They were clean, tidy, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the job. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely straightforward.

The old drain to my kitchen sink was totally blocked, several well known companies came out and failed miserably to clear it. It was flooding water out over the flags and running down the gennel in between myself and my neighbours. We ended up contacting our house insurance who sent out an Auger engineer. Digonosed a drain collapse. Within a couple of days a second engineer came out, and had to dig out two drains and re route them. It wasn’t an easy job, but it was completed back filled and re flagged by the end of the day. He worked though really cold inclement weather. The company kept us updated and the engineers both gave full explanations of what had to be done and on the day exactly what he was doing. Absolutely cannot fault this company.

Came out to fix the leak the very next day due to a cancellation, excellent communication prior to the visit. The workman himself could not have been better, very knowledgable and extremely capable, polite and an amazing work ethic. Highly recommended.
