WARNING: ATS Euromaster Kettering RUINED My Car – Now I’m Taking Them to Court!

If you value your car, your money, and your peace of mind, DO NOT GO NEAR ATS Euromaster Kettering! Their incompetence and dishonesty have cost me thousands in repairs, and now I am being forced to take legal action against them.

I took my Range Rover to this branch to have four brand-new tyres fitted, expecting a professional service. Instead, they severely damaged my suspension, leaving my car in a dangerous and undrivable condition. The vehicle was in perfect working order before they touched it, but as soon as I left, I knew something was seriously wrong. A specialist later confirmed that the suspension had been damaged during the fitting process.

When I returned to ATS Euromaster Kettering to raise my concerns, they conducted an investigation which was nothing more than a cover-up. Instead of taking responsibility, they lied and tried to blame a so-called pre-existing fault, despite the fact that my car had NO such issue before their mechanics got their hands on it.

The branch manager, Steve, refused to accept liability and hid behind these excuses, despite all evidence pointing to their negligence. To make matters worse, ATS Euromaster’s customer service team was just as unhelpful. Sarah, who I spoke to, was dismissive and unwilling to assist in any meaningful way. It was clear that their only priority was to avoid paying for the damage they caused.

I am now taking ATS Euromaster to court for the thousands of pounds in damage they have left me with.

This company is dishonest, unethical, and completely untrustworthy. If they damage your vehicle, they will lie, deny, and refuse to take responsibility—leaving you to deal with the financial consequences.

DO NOT RISK YOUR CAR WITH ATS EUROMASTER KETTERING! Take your business elsewhere to a company that actually cares about its customers. If I can stop even one person from experiencing the nightmare I’ve been through, this review will have done its job.

Trustworthy, straightforward and pleasant.

Kettering Branch - 4 new tyres and 4 wheel alignment paid in advance. Staff very polite from the start. Was told it would take a couple of hours and true to word it was. Was happy to hear that my car did not need wheel alignment and I would be refunded within a few days. Many garages would have gone through the motions of “readjusting” my wheels and charging me. Very impressed Thank you

All went smoothly. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment, was expected and job done in good time.

The guys at ATS were extremely helpful and efficient. Identified a leak in the air con system, advised me the exact problem and how to get it fixed then got me straight back in for the re-gas within the hour!

I recently used ATS for an air-conditioning recharge and antibacterial treatment, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt, professional, and the results were excellent. My AC is running smoothly, and the air feels fresher than ever. Highly recommend ATS for their efficient and high-quality service!

As a female I'm always worried people will add extra money on, however ATS did the absolute opposite, I went in to reception to book and appt, the man at reception told me about a deal online for tyres, fitting and alignment, I went away and booked, dropped car off no issues and they even called to let me know I needed new breaks, no pressure to have them replaced there either, really nice genuine people, I would 100% only be using this garage in the future

The staff were really helpful, kind and patient. They went over and above to help me sort a wheel issue.

Friendly , helpful members of staff and the 15 percent NHS discount means my new tyre and service were a great price too 🙂

Keen and attentive staff, carried out my aircon regas efficiently, as an extra bonus the staff carried out a free check on my vehicles tyres, air pressures, oil level etc etc etc and provided a report via email of their findings.

do not take your car to this garage air con was working only needed topping up next day had a leak didnt have one before took it back told me a load of rubbish got home and they had not put the dust cap back on joke

Reception person did not know correct information about the vehicle and said oil reset light would not be reset. When returning to collect the vehicle people ignored me until they had finished their personal conversation. No seat covers were used as protection against the staff overalls. Not the professional service I normally receive or expect but needed the work completing on the day in question. The price was very competitive so I suppose the old adage of get what you pay for.

Booked a tyre fitting for Saturday through BlackCircles. Saturday came and went, heard nothing. Called ATS on Monday, and the job had been rescheduled for Tuesday and then cancelled as BC hadn't responded. WHY wasn't I contacted to be told it couldn't be done on the Saturday? WHY wasn't this put at the top of the schedule on Monday? And WHY could I not get ATS to reschedule this - WHY did they have to get agreement from BlackCircles?
