I always go to ATS as Ben on the desk is superb. I have recommended the place so many times. Whatever you pay him he deserves more in recognition. For a female who is intimidated at car garages with no knowledge of, Ben explains everything in a brilliant way for the none technical

Got the correct tyres fitted on time, in quick time and at a competitive price. Staff polite and friendly. Nothing to complain about and would use again.
Reception and customer waiting area could do with a good clean however.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Firstly they confused my appointment time (booking it for when I specifically said I couldn't attend) and then had ordered in the wrong size tyres so couldn't fit them.
I've always had excellent service at Bingham before, but this was very unsatisfactory. I have very little confidence in the new reception/admin staff.
