I am writing to formally request a full refund for the ring I purchased, as the service and delivery promises made to me have not been fulfilled.
You initially assured me that the ring would be ready last week. When that deadline passed, you then promised it would be ready for collection today you lied. Unfortunately, the ring is still not ready, despite multiple assurances.
Additionally, you previously stated that a refund of over £70 would be processed due to the inconvenience caused you refund £50. That refund has not been issued, and this continued delay and lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
Given the repeated unmet promises and the continued delay, I am requesting a full refund of over £2000 of the total amount I paid. Please process this refund immediately and confirm once it has been completed.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution without further delay. Your team is very dishonest and need to practice respect and good communication.

To clarify, your order was a fully custom-made piece, created specifically for you with personalized elements — including a unique logo. As clearly stated in our terms, customized items are non-refundable, as they are tailored to the individual and cannot be resold.
Regarding timelines: We did not promise an exact delivery day, but we did prioritize your order and made it ready it within our 3–6 business day production window, as clearly stated on our website. While we understand your urgency, our team did everything possible to expedite the process without compromising quality.
As for the £70 refund, we confirm that it was issued in full from our side. Any delays in receiving the funds are due to your bank’s processing time, which is standard practice across all financial transactions.
We always aim to provide respectful and transparent communication — and we truly regret if you felt otherwise. Our intention has only been to help and resolve the situation with care.

We ordered two matching engraved silver pendants for our sons. Only one pendant arrived. I’ve emailed several times, sent photos as requested, and even tried calling Atolyestone directly—no response. The quality of the product we did receive was as expected, but the complete lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. We’ve paid for two personalized pieces and have only received one. Someone from Atolyestone, please contact us to either send the missing pendant or issue a refund. This experience has been deeply disappointing so far.

£700 item completely unfit for purpose.
I spent almost £700 on a bracelet for a Christmas gift. In January the bracelet snapped and we spent £60 on a repair. Mid march the bracelet snapped again. The bracelet was not caught on anything it just snapped due to the quality of it being poor. Contacted customer services to request a refund as clearly the bracelet is not of good quality and is unfit for purpose.
A refund was refused on the basis I had had the item for over a month. I was offered a replacement bracelet and a refund of the £60 repair which I refused as this will clearly continue to happen, unless the quality of the bracelet has been improved dramatically since December which I highly doubt. There was no way I could have known within 1 month that the bracelet was of this inferior quality and Atolyestone Customer Services are being completely unreasonable.
Customer service is severely lacking here- and I am £700 out of pocket- plus the £60 for the first repair.
I would advise against any purchase from this company on this basis.

We want to assure you again that we stand behind our craftsmanship, which is why we offered a full exchange and reimbursement for the £60 repair — even though the issue was brought to us well after our 30-day refund window, a policy clearly stated on our website and checkout.
Had we been informed about the problem in January, when the first break occurred, we could have replaced the bracelet at no cost to you at that time under our one-year warranty.
We absolutely take your concerns seriously and aim to be fair with every customer. Our offered resolution — a brand-new replacement piece and covering your repair cost — is well above what most companies would provide months after purchase.
That said, if there’s anything further you believe we can do that is both reasonable and within our policy framework, we’d be happy to hear from you. Our goal has never been to leave any customer disappointed, and we hope we can reach an understanding.

Fake silver
I bought a pendant advertised as 925 sterling silver, but when I took it to a jewelery for repair as the clasp broke after 1 wear, they immediately suspected it was stainless steel.
They performed a blowtorch and acid test, and it did not react like silver should, instead, it turned black and looked completely burned. The jeweler confirmed it's not silver. When I contacted the company, they told me they "plate them for aesthetic reasons", which was never mentioned in the product description. I even offered to send it back for testing, but instead of addressing the issue, they just offered me a 10% discount code as a response. (Not kidding this is their customer service)
Extremely disappointed with both the product and how they handled this. Beware.

You purchased a plated 925 sterling silver pendant — as clearly listed on our product page. All of our products are tested and hallmarked by certified third-party institutions like the London Assay Office. The pendant is indeed sterling silver, and the plating — used for both aesthetic and protective purposes — can interfere with basic acid tests, especially if not performed correctly.
As for customer service: we responded promptly and professionally. We offered you a voucher as a gesture of goodwill, and we clearly stated that if you had the item retested by a trusted third-party jeweler and it turned out not to be silver, we would fully refund you and cover the cost of the test — along with additional compensation.
That’s not dismissing your concern — that’s going above and beyond.
Your review omits those facts. We take both our products and our customers seriously, but we also expect honesty and fairness in return.

We got our wedding bands in white gold with rubies and black diamond last year. We met the owner who is very nice in Soho, showed us collection and was very nice and accommodating. This year my partner got me silver bracelet with rubies for Xmas to complement the ring and I love it. Customer service was very responsive , we got the bracelet as it looked on pics . I love their design as it brings Byzantine glamour wrapped with modern design . Definitely would buy again from Atolyestine.
