Awful company. Do not use.
Customer service is shockingly bad—rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. The product is massively overpriced, and you can find the same quality for half the price elsewhere. They also mislead customers by showing pendants with chains that are not included.

I’m left with an overpriced pendant and no chain.
Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs.

Unable to resolve multiple issues with a 14k wheat necklace purchased earlier this year. The item is 14k gold and does not meet UK hallmarking guidelines.

Replacements have been damaged, poorly made and still arriving with no hallmark.

Customer service - poor. No resolution over months of back and forth.

This company dose not honour it's warranty, ....they don't reply via there customer service and have auto generated replies....Reviews with this company are mixed with a 3.7 rating , not good so do your homework, all I can say is don't trust them as many others are very dissatisfied as reviews on all platforms show this and the poor workmanship and once you complain they run for the hills and make it difficult to contact or wont reply ... Be warned and review this company on all social media ..they didn't like my prior honest review and asked Trust Pilot to remove this , that is saying something isn't it Atolyestone .....just honour your warranty on faulty products and stop hiding behind a online website....

I am usually hesitant to order anything online, but was pleasantly relieved to get exactly what I had ordered. A stunning piece of customized jewelery - very detailed and impressively packaged. BTW Excellent customer service.

I have ordered 3 items. 1 pendant with chain, 1 separate pendant and 1 separate for the second pendant 25th August. I have received shipment very fast 30th August(Sat). However, separate chain was missing. I took pic and sent out on Saturday. They responded immediately, said it will be send out next shipment (Monday-1st Sep). I didnt hear back and followed up on thursday(4th Sep) for tracking number. Didnt receive respond, and chased on friday(5th Sep) and received the response that said DHL problem caused delays, they are sending a free bracelet (5th Sep). I chased back on 13th Sep Sat, then again on 16th Sep, at this point I was kinda okay with refund. They responded and said it is being shipped. I have received the missing chain and the free bracelet on 18th September. I think it is a legit company, I dont think they are trying to scam people. (I was on the fence). But their logistics might not be up to task. As long as you are patient, they do deliver.

Really fine products shiny and clean, their communications is excellent, very friendly and supportive. professional team and they know their products. Of course will deal with them again and again.

Poor quality not as described and doubtful real silver. Flimsy and arrived late, albeit they did offer to change size of bracelet as it was already late. Have been emailing and messaging on their site chat for a full refund and am being ignored. Avoid at all costs as what you receive isnt what is expected. All I want is a full refund and unable to communicate and arrange this with me.

Bought a few items from atolyestone and been good accept the last item beaded bracelet it actually fell apart on my hand after paying 95 pounds when I rang them for refund they said refund was not on offer because of 30 day rule but I did have a voucher for the price of the bracelet but to me when your buying Quantity jewellery the jewellery should never fall apart and also you policy should be changed to 1 year 30 days is unacceptable for the so called qaulity items your selling.also my wife bought me a double bracelet 350pounds for my 60th birthday and im scared that the same thing is going to happen to that so purchasing another beaded bracelet in future is a no noise bought a couple of beaded bracelets from Greece for 10 euros and they have lasted years and are nice bought one here and lasted less than a few months i haven't received anything from you as yet and its Christmas day in two days time.im still awaiting the double bracelet but when I eventually get it I will be grateful Christmas would have been nice as I have been waiting for over 5 weeks or more but I accept i wont be receiving it before Christmas if I receive it at all.also bought a replacement bracelet did not like it wanted to send back and swap for double Chelsea mens bracelet they responded by saying they would send the bracelet free of charge to which I was very excited by this gesture 5 weeks down the line I have received nothing so far time will tell

This review is not to praise the beauty of the product we purchased, even though it is beautiful. It is to praise the exceptional post purchase customer service we received after having a small issue with the item. I won’t go into detail regarding the issue but once we brought it to Atolyestone’s attention, 7 months later, they dealt with our issue courteously and promptly without any hesitation. It’s a shame more companies don’t follow this type of customer service. We would not hesitate to buy from Atolyestone in the future. 110% positive experience 👍🏼👍🏼

Got this beautiful white gold necklace with a cross pendant in celebration of my boyfriend's 50 year-old-birthday. The customer service took much patience and time to answer my inquiries, e.g. the style for the chain and the pendant, the engravings, the stone to be used on the pendant etc. It takes no time for the work of art to be shipped to Hong Kong - such craftmanship that puts us in awe, not to mention the sophisticated and elegant packaging. My boyfriend loves the present for his jubilee, he is wearing it every day. Thank you and hats off to the awesome work, Atolyestone!

Very high quality and unique bracelets at a fair price. I've had a few custom orders too and, overall, have been quite satisfied with the communication and customer service. It's only been a few days yet I've gotten several compliments on my pieces from here. Highly recommend!

I received my Compass Leather Silver Bracelet. The lines are shallow, barely visible, the letters are not visible almost at all (I think the N misses one line or is misaligned), the silver is all very grainy (not polished at all) between the compass circle and the star, grainy on the star. One of the stones is misaligned completely, the small beads that hold each of the stones also are not looking like that at all.

The product on the website and the product I received are similar in shape only basically, the details are all over the place.

I started a chat on the website, I was told to write an email. I am currently in talks with the company.
