7 days post order card charged still not received.

Still have not got the items I ordered. No one answers the phone or calls me back. Some phone # are disconnected. Nobody responds with any information when I email.
Soon I will ask my credit card company to dispute the charge. Starting to feel like I have been scammed

I hate to buy new things just because some component has worn out, so I was thrilled they had replacement tips, and I didn't have to throw out my vape. Fast shipping & reasonable prices.

I purchased a Kiln RA. What I received was not in the original box/packaging. It was in what looks like a used soft case (worn and beat up). Nothing was wrappped, the battery is scratched up, there was no manual. It appears they pieced together one from returned or used parts and threw it in a soft case. No where on their sight does it say that what I purchased would be refurbished. I emailed customer service immediately and still have not received a response, but did receive an email requesting a product review. So here it is.

These are still one of the best deals going for a simple vape, you need to keep on selling these!

e a purchase during the holiday sale supposed to be buy one get one free so I ordered a boss and when it finally got here it doesn't work and I only got one not real happy right now okay I have talked to customer service finally and the guy I talked to made everything right he upgraded me to a better item and it's going to send me the two like I thought I was going to get so two thumbs up for Atmos and the customer care

Everything. I got a ad product, and they sent me a ad replacement product. I'm co tacting the a attorney generals office on Wednesday as somebody needs to know how Atmos is foing business. This is rediculus.

My device is of high quality. It continues to work flawlessly and it seems to stay clean. I like it It is well made.

Price was great. I have had one for a long time and wanted a second for a backup. Took a little longer than I would have liked to receive. I had sent the vendor an email with no response, called and when I got to someone everything was easy peazy, and my mistake on the order form.

The vape pens never got hot even after charging them so for me it was waste of money
