Absolutely hands down the best product especially for the value I have purchased to this day and I purchased many thank you for such a good product.

Where is my purchase because I used the express shipping option for 20 extra dollars just to have it shipped longer than 3 days time.

I haven't received my product yet, it's past due and I haven't even received any tracking number. I'm sure the product is probably great but getting my product isn't going well at all. It was ordered April 25th United States shipping and it is now May 3rd. I was under the impression it was 3-5 day shipping with 2 days of processing. I probably wouldn't be as concerned about where it is had I received a tracking Number.

Update: never got a tracking number but it finally came.

I love that I can have full control over the range of my supplied voltage. It's not a bad thing, but I thought the product was smaller than expected. Works well for what I want!
