I miss As We Change!! AWC sold the perfect black stretch pants with tummy and hip and thigh support. Cannot find anything like them anywhere!! Can anyone help??

The return had to be mailed

The return had to be mailed - rather than UPS - which meant a special trip to PO. Then, it took over a week to hear the items were received. Finally, the email told me that it would take 2 billing cycles (2 months) to give me credit for the return. This is WAAAY too slow and cumbersome.
However, ordering and receiving the items was fine.

I apologize that there was an issue with this order. We do offer an online UPS return label at the following link:

https://www.aswechange.com/aswechange/customerservice/webonlyreturns.aspx

We do ask that you please allow 2-3 weeks from the date you shipped items back to us to allow for delivery, receipt of the return, and return processing. If payment was originally credit card, the refund is processed and posted to the account within 3-5 business days. This will reflect in online records within this time frame. The 2 billing cycles listed in the confirmation email are stated if you do not online bank and instead only receive the paper statement.

Love this pillow.

I had to buy this pillow for the 2nd time because the old one (around 20 yrs) couldn't hold together any more. It's very comfortable to sleep on and besides saving my face, it keeps the big pillow from smoldering me - I have a very tiny nose so it doesn't take much to cover it :)

Great fit

The top that I ordered fit well. Have been looking at it for awhile. So glad I finally ordered it. Love the fabric.

They were well made but did not fit me

They were well made but did not fit me. I wear a 36DD bra and the product just did not fit or make contact.
I can't return it.
Complete waste of money

I was pleased with the company itself

I was pleased with the company itself, except the color samples of the wig was misleading. I had to send my wig back once.
That process was fine , except having to pay the return.
The quality of wig was good, but the top part of wig too puffy, even after I washed it once.

Because return shipping is due at the time you return ship it, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost. Instead, we offer a UPS prepaid return label to assist with this process online.
