Difficulty with website accepting pay…
Difficulty with website accepting pay pal. Tried several times over a couple days. Day after it went thru I got an email that the suit I ordered was on sale. Didn’t get the sale price though. Needed a two piece suit for a white water rafting trip. Not in love with the fit but no time to return it so will keep it.

I was very disappointed that everything…
I was very disappointed that everything I ordered was the wrong color. I had to wait longer than expected for the order to arrive. Then It was an ordeal to call, to wait for 2 more days for a mailing label-I was told it was going to be UPS but it was for the post office, finally find a time to get to the post office during working hours, and send off the package. To my knowledge it will now take them weeks to process the return and send a replacement in the right color. All of this because it was packed wrong to begin with. I'll never order from As we change again. the customer service agent had no fault in this, he simply had no power to do anything about it because the system is set the way it is set. The item was incorrectly coded - but I'm the one still waiting weeks and weeks for the order to hopefully arrive correctly.

I apologize that you received the wrong color of your item. After reviewing your purchase, it appears that you had selected the regular blonde color on our website and our notations show that you instead wanted the light blonde color. Normally, because this was your selection you would be responsible for the return postage cost. I see that as a one time courtesy, the return label was mailed to you. When the return has been received we will send an email confirmation. This can take about 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process the return shipment.

The garments ordered were of the same size, however, one was at least one size smaller then the other...I kept the same but am disappointed in them. will donate them to others as I am sure they will not fit the individual I had ordered them for. The service was acceptable and expedient...the product was not.

My original order
My original order, although receiving a PO number, was never actually entered in your system. This went unnoticed until I called to find out where my order was, three weeks later!! I was told that the order was not in the system. I then had to replace the entire order from scratch. And then I was asked if I wanted to pay for extra fast shipment!!!!! That should have been done at no charge to me, instead of expecting me to do that. Not very good customer service.

Backorder again
Product I want (Elyte cotton incontinence pads)is once again on backorder. This is the 2nd or 3rd time. I understand the product is hard to get, but I have repeatedly told Customer Service to keep the order open. Last one was cancelled in error. When I ask to speak with whoever does the purchasing for this product, there is no one to transfer me to, nor is there any other number to call for information on why this product is repeatedly hard to get.

I recently purchased the Silcskin eye…
I recently purchased the Silcskin eye and lip pads to reduce wrinkles. I used them around my lips only. They worked great the first night, but after that, they fell off during the night. I was so disappointed. I used as directed, on clean, dry skin.

I apologize that the SilcSkin pads did not retain their adhesive property after their first uses. This can be caused by a few factors, depending on usage and skin conditions. To rejuvenate the adhesive for this item, try washing the product after use. The set itself should last 30-60 days depending on use. Third Wrong shipment
We place the order for

Envy™ Wig Kris Style 355189
Style: Cinnamon Raisin

This situation has been going on for over 3 months now.
When we placed the order the wrong style wig arrived.
After communication with AS We Change, they arranged from the wig to be returned and immediately replaced it. However the second wig was also the wrong style.
Again we contacted As We Change's Customer Service. This time they said they wouldn't ship us a replacement until we returned the second wrong wig, which we did immediately.
Four weeks later the third replacement wig arrived, but this also we the wrong style.
Really, is this a way to run a business.
We've contacted As We Change and asked for a manager, who wasn't available.
They are going to send us a 4th replacement. Which we hope will this time be correct.
At this point As We Change should have give us the wig for free.
Sad, very sad.

I am so sorry that you have received the wrong wig once more. I have reviewed this issue and it appears that our supplier has sent the exact same style wig the last 4 times. At this time, I believe that either the color you are expecting or the style cut you are expecting is different than what the Kris style how the Cinnamon Raisin color appears. I have noted on your account that if we get another replacement request, our supervisor team will insure that the Kris style in Cinnamon Raisin is sent.
