Was very helpful, once I gave them all the info, they requested it was a breeze.

Original unit wouldn’t hold a charge. A couple of emails and a few days later I received a replacement unit. Excellent customer service.

Purchased my new pump for car and bikes. Very pleased with the quality. Good that no cables are required so quick and easy job to check tyres and keep my bike tyres where they should be. I researched a lot before purchasing and glad I went for this brand.

I purchased a portable air pump in October 2025.
Early February this year (2026) the pump stopped working after I had put 3 or 4 psi in two of my car tyres and then when I unplugged the power, changed the unit to the other side of the car and plugged in power again the unit didn't start up ! I checked the fuse and discovered it had blown. I thought it strange that the unit hadn't given any indication of failing. I opened the plug and was surprised to find that the fuse had failed due to extreme heat generated by its poor connection to the spring that had discoloured and the surrounding plastic had melted. I photographed the failed area on both halves of the plug and e-mailed support at AstroAI. I had a very quick automated acknowledgment from customer support. Then during the following 5 days with daily e-mails back and fourth, AstroAI and I had agreed a small refund to replace the plug and I would keep the unit which now works as it should.
The response from AstroAI has been caring, quick and very professional. Thank you.

It was a little different using AI to communicate, but overall experience was great. They sent out the part I needed at no coast which was great! Would defiantly buy more products from them and would recommend them.
