I have several of their products. All are really good. This one gave me a small issue. There are presets for the inflation function, e.g., car, motorcycle, bike, ball. Each has a set range of PSI, and you can't go lower or higher in a particular range. I needed to get to 18 PSI, but none of the ranges allowed that 18 PSI. I inflated to like 25 then let out some air. I decided to write to them to mention this fault, I'll call it. They got back to me and showed me how to go to the custom PSI setting, which does actually allow you to set any level you want. They were good about getting me the information quickly. So 5 stars for customer service. The only thing is the instructions don't tell you how to get into custom mode so that's a bad thing but they say they will correct that and include it going forward. Overall I love this company.

I have has the Astroai tyre pump for 11 months and have used it regularly. I love that I can set the pressure thar my tyres require and it automatically switches off when the pressure is achieved.
My tyre pump stopped working so I got in touch with Astroai and they immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service.

This product works great and worth every penny. I recommend this for all car owners to have one always in their car.

Slight issue with pump but once contacted customer services and pointing out issue I was immediately sent a replacement within days . Great service without the usual trying to not take responsibility that you sometimes get with other companies.

Purchased from Amazon around a month ago as my work vehicle battery was playing up ... complete failure this morning so reached for the astro AI and bingo it started the engine first time of asking and it still had three charge lights on so gave me piece of mind that if I needed again tonight ...trust me it's a life saver to have at hand !!

It didn't take long to get the issue resolved I just wished they provides a tracking number for the replacement so I could see where it was in transit

I was having problems with a digital multimeter and they sent me a new one even though I was unable to send a video of the issue in action I just recieved the new one so haven't had a chance to test it but really appreciate how easy and kind they were to deal with.
