Very good product

I ordered a few items and one product was missing. I thought maybe there is a delay because of Christmas/New Year or it was left out by mistake. I emailed twice and sent a message on their social media account but received no reply. I then managed to get into contact and the query was resolved in 24 hours (the delay was indeed because of Christmas/New year). Thank you for your help in resolving my query. The products are of good quality and came highly recommended.

This is my 3rd time buying these foundation sticks pale is my favourite shade and Asian too perfect for my clients , I use these almost on my all clients, it sits perfectly on skin and lost very long and easy to blend , I highly recommend ash cosmetics products their lip liners are bomb too .

Received an empty lipstick so returned. When return shows delivered this company claim they did not received the parcel back. Open claim on PayPal. Finally got my refund but never again. They are making to be removed all bad reviews so be aware

Great products which give a flawless finish!

Items were well packaged and arrived quickly. I've never used a cream stick foundation before and liked that I was able to apply light coverage. Impressed that Ash got the colour right for me from a photo!
I'm finding the powder difficult to use as it gets everywhere. Also the sticky bit covering the holes was really difficult to remove.

I contacted Ash with a pic of myself and she gave me which foundation and concealer to go for and she was spot on. Thank you ash. I love the foundation and concealer sticks. They blend in soo well and face does not look cakey. Will definitely be buying more products.

I ordered 3 vegan glitters and their glitter adhesive. I had a question before placing my order and their social team was very helpful in answering via Instagram. Placing the order was super easy, and then I was updated re the status of my order. I received my parcel incredibly fast. Today I tried the adhesive and the 3D Dazzle Dust glitter. The adhesive applicator is very soft and gets the right amount of product on it. The glitter is very fine and the colours are amazing, a little bit goes a long way with their adhesive. So happy to have discovered this brand! Looking forward to trying the other two glitters, and will be definitely ordering again in the future. 10/10
