Had an issue with my membership cancellation dates. Unfortunately a change in circumstances meant I was no longer using the gym.
Megan was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. She made the whole process extremely easy and sorted my issue in a short space of time.

My experience with the membership administration process was stressful and unclear.

After cancelling my Direct Debit, I later received communication stating that my account was overdue, which came as a surprise and caused significant anxiety.

The process felt rigid, with limited explanation of options or financial implications until late on.

Communication was polite but procedural, and resolving the situation has required far more time and effort than expected.

This has been a difficult experience during an already stressful period.

I recently needed to cancel my gym membership due to changing priorities and received several emails regarding the process. To ensure everything had been handled correctly, I contacted live support and was assisted by Chloe, who was extremely helpful and reassuring. She promptly confirmed that the cancellation had been completed successfully and addressed all of my queries.
The level of service I received was excellent—professional, efficient, and supportive throughout. This reflects the consistently high standard I have come to expect, having been with Ashbourne on a number of occasions.
