The service was very reasonably priced to start with and the quality was outstanding, all steps very accompanied with great expertise.
Most of all, my care arrived in the destination in great condition and we were able to get it out of customs without any issues.

Communication hiccup
We were not notified that my cargo had arrived to the port which resulted in over $500 of storage charges which could have been avoided by sending a simple notification via email or text.
Aside from this Jacob was helpful and I will be using his service again.

Would highly recommend them.
Really professional and highly competitive company. Jacob was a fantastic guy, helped with everything, nothing was too much trouble. I was allowed to deliver my car 5 days prior to the sailing date which allowed me to coordinate my flight. One issue that neither I nor Jacob were aware of is the need to wear steel capped boots and a high Viz vest when you drive the car through the gates. Could have been a major problem fortunately I was able to borrow these and squeeze my size 12's into size 9 boots to get the job done.
